We specialize in gutter covers, gutter protection and all rain gutter maintenance from cleaning to beam repair to complete installation for residential and commercial clients in the greater Santa Rosa area, the Greater Sonoma area, and surrounding cities. Nor-Cal Maintenance provides free, personalized consultations to home owners, business owners, wineries, schools, state and federal municipalities, apartments, HOA's, and more. We offer start-to-finish solutions for every project, as well as full design services. It went very well. Dave, the owner, is very focused on customer service. The crew showed up on time on the appointed day and they were very professional and courteous. I didn't realize Nor-Cal Maintenance fixes screens and the crew noticed I had several that were in bad shape. I'd been planning on finding another contractor for this, so was more than happy to have Nor-Cal Maintenance take care of it. They took the screens and delivered them back the same day. Then they took five more screens that I remembered were stashed in my garage. My roof, house, and windows all look great. I'm a happy customer and will definitely call Nor-Cal Maintenance in the future.

David responded quickly to my email for a quote.  One phone call and the appointment was scheduled.  I did not have to be present for the work which was convienent.  All areas were left clean and the gutters drain well.  I have already scheduled the gutter cleaning for next year.

I ended up having to be out of town on the day of the scheduled work.  David was super responsive and understanding of my situation.  He and his team did a great job at a great price, with no damaged plants and everything cleaned up well.  I am delighted with their work, professionalism, and my interactions with the owner.

Service was outstanding.  The owner of the company showed pu before the appointment time which is appreciated.  He explained what they would be doing and completed the job in about 1 hour.  He came back after the job was complete to discuss the project .  I would highly recommend Nor-cal Maintenance for this service.  Mike the owner is highly personable and professional.

Prompt response to  initial phone call, and quick inspection and estimate. Upon receipt of estimate, I decided to only do the front gutter and Dave was fine with the adjustment.  We communicated by email and he  kept me informed of the scheduling and the work date.. The work was professionally done and I am very pleased with the result.

David and his crew arrived promptly, cleaned and inspected my gutters and pointed out issues.  They also inspected my roof and let me know there were cracked tiles that needed to be replaced by my roofer. They cleaned up perfectly after they completed the job. 
David even took pictures of defects left by the original installer.  And, he offered to return and make the repairs in the event the original installer did not take care of them. I would absolutely use Nor-Cal again.

It went very well.  The provider made a quick appointment, was on time and went above and beyond my expectations.  My yard was cleaner than before they came and my gutters were very full so it was messy.  I appreciated learning solutions to some problems I was having in my outside area.  Look forward to having them back in the spring to power wash my backyard, restore my deck and wash my windows.

Wow again we were impressed with Nor-Cal Maintenance we scheduled a window washing est. The owner Dave came out on time which is important to me. Provided a written proposal which I thought was reasonable enough so we scheduled. On the morning in question Dave and his trusty helper victor came out removed the screens and went to work providing the most high quality window washing service I've ever had. Just had to share I would recommend Dave and his company of Maintenace workers anytime. High quality.
