Description of Work: They checked our furnace and air conditioner. They were the ones that installed them, and we have a service contract with them to come and inspect periodically during the year. The cost is for the yearly service. They do a very good job.

Description of Work: We replaced two furnaces and had an attic fan installed. Moore is first rate company! The men were here for three days. They covered everything to protect it from dust and dirt and they were nice enough to stop and explain whenever we had questions. We are VERY happy with their work.

Description of Work: I wanted a check-up on my furnace, which happens to be in the attic. Technician was respectful and clean in regards to accessing thru my closet. No dirt left behind. It took about 90 minutes total. He described what problems may occur (because of the age of the furnace) and what each would cost...upfront! I did feel like my furnace was noisier when he left but it is still running and heating my house and I did not bother to call them and let them know that fact (my fault). He also sold me on their maintenance plan which covers both heat/ac. It took me a month to get an appt. but with the plan, you can get quicker response and small discount on parts. I also like the fact that Moore is a locally owned company. They did a great job.
