Very professional. Resolved our issue in a timely manner. Only complaint is that a part was replaced without talking to me about it ahead of time. It wasn’t a cheap part. After the work was done and I was given an explanation I would have most likely done the work. But I would have liked the option to make that call.

The technician tackled this difficult project professionally, and did an outstanding job. I was impressed with how thorough he was and he even took care of another problem I didn’t even know about - without increasing the price. The price was much lower than the quote I received from another company. I also like that the technician explained exactly what the problem was and what he was doing to correct it every step of the way. A very positive experience. Five stars!

Excellent all around. One Hour, the other Marin county heating and air conditioning company tried to rush me into using them at a price that was 2x over market. No rationale for this at all and they just wanted to soak me for a huge price increase. Moore came in at the correct price and no pressure.

Efficient, on time, friendly, & affordable. Our 20 yr old furnace stopped working after a power outage and because it is winter, they kept upping the install date as openings became available. Now just 6 days after their estimator came out, we have heat again!!! THANK YOU MOORE!!! (pun intended)
