the hardest part was getting a quote sent to me after initial estimate and consult at the house. it took 2 weeks to get the quote due to mixups with the vacation of mr brimmer, who has since retired. once I got the quote and gave the go ahead it was great and it looks beautiful. they arrived at 8am and were finished by 2pm. I would recommend them highly.
