Subaru Santa Monica

They didn't charge me. They're pretty good but not great. The jobs they've done has been fine. I did have a couple issues with my older car which they were unable to fix and I had to use another mechanic.

It went fine and the workers were fine. They went to work right away.

I live over 1000 miles from this dealership. My car quit running on a Wednesday afternoon in Los Angeles. I suspected it was the transmission. I had it towed to the closest Subaru dealer, Subaru of Santa Monica. I spoke with Peter in the service department Thursday morning. On Thursday afternoon, they diagnosed the problem and said it required a replacement transmission. His network found only 3 of them in the whole USA, all on the East Coast. It was too late in the day to reach out to the dealers back east who had them. He found me a rental car on Subaru's buck to keep me mobile until they could get the car back on the road. He called back east Friday morning, found one, and they shipped it out. Monday morning it was delivered and his folks started installing it. I am typing this, waiting for them to finish.
Every step, I felt there was someone willing to go above the expected minimum to help another dealership's customer stranded 1000 miles from home. I would easity do business with this dealership again with my own money, and recommend them to anyone who asks. And of course, we love our Subaru, despite this problem.

They're very honest, they finish the job quickly but surely and overall they provide an amazing service for their customers.

I am happy with their services; they are always on time. I like their convenience, it is easy to book an appointment and they are very competent. When I bought my car they were very efficient and got me in and out. They made me a very nice car deal so I was satisfied with the price.
