BRINGING HOSPITALITY TO REAL ESTATE I have 7 years of Real Estate Experience. I started my career in The Hamptons of New York working as an assistant to top Hamptons agent Chris Chapin. I have had the privilege to work as a buyers agent with Patrick McLaughlin of Bridgehampton. I have also conducted business in New York City, primarily on the Upper West Side. I have since moved to Santa Monica, CA and work under Berkshire Hathaway Home Services. SERVICES Home Listing Services I pride myself in providing my seller clients with outstanding client services. My job is to prepare my clients home for the busy Los Angeles area real estate market. In doing so I have a number of techniques including home staging, aerial drone photo's, interactive video tours, and traditional open houses. I aim to make my listings the most attractive on the market so that I fulfill my duty to get top dollar for my clients. As a licensed agent with the Berkshire Hathaway Network each listing will have a broad audience of interested nationwide purchasers and agents. Home Buyers Services I genuinely enjoy the process of finding my buyers the perfect home. I like to take my time with each buyer client and listen to their wants and needs. Once I have gathered all of the information necessary I perform a complete and detailed home search. Next, I schedule and coordinate viewings of prospective homes that we have carefully narrowed down and qualified as your potential future home.
