Thorough and honest. They could've dragged out the project w/o me knowing. They allowed me to run to the neighborhood hardware store & get a sprinkler part & they also used used a spare part I had on hand keeping my parts cost under $3.00. They did a walk through and fixed three other unrelated problems w my permission. Finally they prioritized, in writing, future issues needing fixing.

My water heater broke down and they came as quickly as possible to restore hot water in my house. The owner did the job himself. He is extremely knowledgeable and was able to fix my issue cost effectively.

Victor took the time to respond to my call the afternoon of th his son's wedding. Victor and Carlos are very knowledgeable and professional, they and showed ingenuity and efficiency in solving our leak problem. There could be some improvement in the office dispatcher's customer service skills (scheduling not accurate and slow paper work turnaround ).

a lot of problems inter phasing with city permitting, city/contractor was not clear on what permits were required. Owner had to provide most of the leg work for permitting. Actual preformed work was professional and contractor kept client updated as to progress. Customer services were very friendly and knowledgeable but had a hard time working with city permitting (city wasn't sure as to what permitting was required)

I was contacted by Water Fixers before I could close the web site. They promised to come fix my water main at 1430 on Monday and arrived exactly on time. Carlos did a great job fixing my water leak. Water Treatment & Purification System Installation and Replacement
No product however well built will not last indefinitely in the onslaught of very hard well water. Replacement of water treatment products such as a softener and R/O periodically will save paying for more expensive plumbing fixes in the long run.
