Concrete Repair
HOUR ONE: Bill mixed the 15 sacks with a hoe in the biggest concrete pan I've ever seen. Almost filled.HOUR TWO: Yup, he needed more concrete -- so drove over to get a couple of buckets of wet concrete from Las Animas Concrete (uses the left over concrete from a mixer truck that needs to be washed out anyway- very GREEN solution).
HOUR TWO: He got back promptly and finished the job - it took two hours.
COMMUNITY MINDED VOLUNTEER: Recently Bill Threewitt volunteered his labor and teamed up with Friends of the Lighthouse Field to fix the deteriorated stairs at "ITS BEACH" - along with 3 other business's. That day - Bill told me his photo was in the local newspaper - and it was!
