J.M. Construction was founded in 1989 and quickly became a favorite service in the community. The owner, Joe Martines, is a licensed General Contractor with more than 30 years of experience. J.M. Construction specializes in additions and remodels, from small projects to building from the foundation up. Whatever your needs, small or large, J.M. Construction is here for you. J.M. Construction works well with architects, draftsmen and designers and hopes to be added to your list of professional contractors.

The price was fair, and it only increased 10% over the estimate once we got started. That increase was due to the job being trickier than either of us expected it to be, and to me adding a couple things to the project. No complaints.
