Hertz Rent A Car

Their is Hertz claims insurance and Hertz car rental. They are separate organizations.
Rental was arranged through my car insurance after a car accident, as my car needed to be repaired.  The Hertz folks said they would send out an appraiser. I finally got a reply, the woman was very vague on the phone. 
Hertz rental were only interested in dealing with the car insurance company and would not return my calls.  The claims representative at Hertz, said the damage done to the car was done by a different accident.  My car was undrivable after the accident. Hertz Rental were never available to take my calls.  Hertz Insurance was going to pay me less than 700 for the repair and then had issues with the payment and suggested I claim off Farmer help instead. 

Farmer Help were going after Hertz to get my money back and my 90 dollars back for the rental car. Hertz was originally going to charge me. They did not charge me anything until this was resolved and I never heard from them again, until I got a 90 dollar charge on my credit card.
I never got a bill or a detail of the charges from Hertz Rental.  To charge somebody without ever sending them a bill is very poor.  They only charged us for the insurance and not a regular car charge.  Hertz insurance company would run into your car and then charge you car insurance while your car is been repaired.  Hertz told me it was their policy and they are not going to do anything about it.  Another women there was also hit by a Hertz car and they wanted to charge her over 1000 dollars for a rental. It was a nightmare.  Farmer help checkpoint were magnificent.  The difference was night and day.  I am never going to deal with Hertz again in the future because of their insurance policies.  I won't support Hertz Rental because of Hertz Insurance after dealing with their local office.
