"Hi [Member Name Removed]. I apologize our visit did not meet your expectations. I know Jorge wanted to clear your drain from the roof, he specifically called me asking for permission to do so. It was my decision to not allow him to work on your roof. We have detailed restrictions in our Worker's Compensation Insurance policy that do not allow us on roofs that do not have OSHA approved railing. Apparently, falls are the leading cause of death in the construction industry. As installing this railing would not be economically feasible for your job , we had to recommend that you have a clean-out installed outside your house (which has been a code requirement for many many decades) that would allow us proper access to your sewer line for our cable equipment and camera equipment. When we have backups repeating at a customer's house we know there is some sort of defect present in the line that needs to be identified and repaired (such as roots, cracked pipe, offset joint, obstruction etc.). Our goal is to repair your plumbing and bring it up to code, rather than you having to call a plumber at inopportune times (every 45 days for you) and pay for perpetual drain cleanings. We wish you the best for your service needs. -Scott Duncan"
