I highly recommend Willy and Audio/Video Systems Integration. I called Willy to help me with the existing A/V systems in a house I just purchased.  He was extremely knowledgeable, responsive, thorough, honest and always followed up to make sure I was happy.  He and his company do much larger design/installations, but I always felt like a priority.  He clearly explained what I had in the house and how to use the equipment. The reason the "cost of service" is so low is because he worked many hours without charging me just to assess the existing systems. The cost listed here was for a piece of replacement equipment, but I do intend to use Willy for planned changes.
