AC Dave came and looked at then space and made recommendations. He was prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. He gave us a proposal that was reasonable and fair. He and his guys arrived promptly on the day of the install and completed the job that day. They did a great job with no mess and took great care to explain the unit to us and demonstrate how it worked. We had a great experience and would highly recommend him.

Furnace maintenance

Justin was prompt, courteous, detailed and very knowledgeable. He systematically went through and made sure electrical connections were comparable, tested for leaks, straped down the condenser to pad, insulated suction line and other things that were "over my head".

Dave and his crew were great. They showed up on time, went right to work and even when there was a glitch, no problem took care of it. Made sure everything worked perfectly. Helped us with the smart thermostat. I have recommended them to others already. The original costs is what I paid. I couldn't be happier then I am now. I wish I found him earlier.

I'M not one to review or submit a survey (anti-Karen), but I could not be happier with this experience. From our first call, to the thorough inspection, the fair price of the bid, the drop cloths the laid on our floors, to the speed of which th e work was done. The coffee cups and pens where a nice touch too. I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

I called and they sent someone out the next day. They were prompt and efficient and most of all the swamp cooler was repaired. The price they charged was excellent. I also signed up for a maintenance contract based on how well they took care of this problem. There are not a lot of places left who service swamp coolers so this was a good find. I have already recommended them to my sister for service on the air conditioning system in her home.

Dave was able to come out, with expert logistics from his office, the same day. Fixed the problem while a big heatwave was bearing down on us. These guys are the best.

Great! old air conditioner needed a few parts, that Dave had available!! It's wonderful being able to trust and use family businesses that actually care about you! I have friends who also would not use anyone else. It works now!, They stayed until the job was done, and it was so worth the being able to use a local company and a caring one.

The technician was on time. He was polite, listened and let us know what he would do. He checked the system and the condenser. Found leak and fixed it. He kept us informed and let us know what future steps could be. AC Dave Heating and Air will be maintaining our system. Honest, and professional.

Splendidly. AC Dave quickly diagnosed that the circuit board had failed. He immediately called his supplier to see if there was a board available for this 40+ year old unit. At his next available opportunity (two days later), Dave returned and successfully returned the unit to service.

Several people tried to fix my unit without success... After coming and assessing the situation, Dave and his assistant James came 2 more times and tried several options, allways trying to avoid changing parts unnecessarily... One of the problems was the thermostat, condenser, and other issues... They insisted until they found all the problems the unit had and finally fixed it... It has been several days and the unit is still working... Besides that the girls in the office are fantastic...

It went really well. I hired a Alliance Air to fix it. They charged me $700 and next day it broke. However, AC Dave came and gave me a fair quote. They came within a week and replaced the condenser. Very professional! I highly recommend them.

My AC went out this past weekend and my local repair shop had no openings for the next several days. A friend referred me to AC Dave, and Cherish in their office managed to fit me in within 24 hours. Justin came out, assessed the problem (thankfully, just a fuse), and took care of it. Couldn't be happier with the outcome, as well as their customer service and professionalism.

After getting jerked around by two other repairmen about over the price I found Dave. Not only was his price $300 less than one and $700 less than the other, the costumer service was so great and helpful. So happy I found Dave!

It could not have gone better. I don't think I have ever worked with a more professional team of workers, including their office manager, Cherish. Dave is suberbly knowledgable, was very communicative and expained everything as they went along with the work. Each one of his team was as polite and professional as can be. They all cared very much for keeping my home clean, and for caring about the aesthetics of the installation. They allowed my input, and addressed all concerns. Their follow-through has be excellect. An A+++ service and business, and in this case, I certainly got what I paid for, and would recommend them without any hesitation what-so-ever. You would be lucky to have Dave do your work!

My furnace went out in the middle of a cold snap on the Friday before a long holiday weekend. I searched online for easy ways to check and fix the problem myself, and did almost all of what was suggested (make sure the filters are changed or clean, turn the breakers off then on, etc), but nothing worked. The only thing I didn't do was climb up into the attic to check the actual furnace, because I was too nervous about climbing up there. So, I called AC Dave's, and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful, and suggested doing some of the things I'd already tried because she has found that it often works for people. Dave was not able to come out until Wednesday because he was already booked up. But he arrived on time with his worker, and they went straight to work figuring out the problem. Luckily for me it was a quick and easy fix (a dirty flame sensor), and they got everything to rights within maybe 30 minutes of their arrival. I was SO happy to have heat again, and so happy there was no attempt at up-selling me on anything. And most of all, I was happy that Dave is 100% honest about what needed to be done (he could easily say I needed several hundred or thousands of dollars to fix things, but of course he didn't). I can see why he is rate #1 on Angie's List! From my first phone call, until the end of the service call, everyone was friendly and professional, and trustworthy. I would not hesitate to use this company again or refer them to other people.
