Description of Work: We bought some office furnisher and had a couch custom made because we needed it to be smaller than a couch. We bought a large desk and 2 drewer file cabinet and the small couch.

Description of Work: I made an order for my nephew, a bunker bed which i saw online of their store. I called up and placed the order with my credit card, i could not go in person because i live in san diego and my brothers home is in Santa Clarita. They informed me that it will take about 4-5 weeks to be delivered. A week after i called and canceled the order. They refused to give in a refund stating that their policy is no refund and only store credit which is clearly stated in the invoice. I said that's pretty good and i am not aware of the policy because i was never given the invoice or mentioned about the clause when placing the order. They did not accept it and said it was my responsibility, after 2-3 days of follow up they informed me that they will get back to me in a weeks time. After repeated calling i spoke to the manager about 2 weeks after. Now he says that they will charge 20% re-stocking fee, i said restocking fee for the good that i never received? he said yes and said that they placed the order so they don't have the choice. So i asked him if he had received it already and he said no, so why restocking fee? no answer. He asked me to call next day and when i did so he said he cannot remove the restocking fee and i had to pay or speaking with my credit card company and fight it out. I did speak with the credit card company and file a complain. After a month i got a reply from my credit card company that the company says the $650 was legitimate and cannot reverse, I am still fighting and now i am going to file a case. Till now i have not received the copy of the receipt or invoice.
