The service team arrived promptly. They were able to take care of removing the doors and changing the roller brackets quickly. They performed the adjustments needed for the doors to line up and roll smoothly. The newer roller wheels (16 years newer) roll so smoothly and easily. We are very happy and recommend them for repair as we'll as new shower door design and installation.

The price included the door, shower and shower pan. The shower went pretty well. They came when they said they would for the estimate. They came when they said they were going to for the installation. It was done in a timely manner.  Everything went pretty smoothly. The only slight ding was the salesperson we had, maybe was new or didn't seem to be as familiar with the product, and gave some incorrect information. Luckily the installers gave us the correct information. After they did the shower, I requested a different salesperson to take the measurements for the door and he was much better. They actually squeezed in the door installation. I wanted it done ASAP and they were able to do it the next day.

THEY MEASURED FOR, MANUFACTURED, AND INSTALLED CUSTOM SIZE ALL GLASS SHOWER DOOR AND ENCLOSURE FOR THE MASTER BATH. ALL BEAUTIFULLY DONE. THE SHOWER ENCLOSURE FOR THE TUB WAS STANDARD SIZE BUT THEY HAD A NUMBER OF FINISHES AND HARDWARE TO CHOOSE FROM. RECOMMENDED BY A CONTRACTOR.

ORIGINALLY, THEY WERE THE BEST PRICE AND VERY PROFESSIONAL WHEN INSTALLING THE DOORS DURING A REMODEL. WHEN ONE OF THE DOORS BROKE (5 YEARS LATER), I CALLED AND WAS TOLD TO COME DOWN WITH MEASUREMENTS, AND THEY WOULD CUT THE GLASS AND INSTALL MY OLD TOWEL BAR WHILE I WAITED, THEREBY SAVING ME A SERVICE CALL AND DELIVERY FEE. THEY WERE QUICK, AND IT CAME OUT LOOKING JUST LIKE THE ONE IT WAS REPLACING. THE DOOR FIT INTO MY MINIVAN.

THE WORKMAN WAS CLEAN AND NICE, SHOWED UP WHEN HE SAID AND LEFT THE ROOM CLEAN AND NEAT. THE MIRRORS WERE GREAT AND THE MEDICAL CABINETS WERE INSTALLED FLUSH TO THE OTHER WORK. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE OUTCOME. OTHER COMPANIES TOLD US THE WORK WOULD NEED TO BE PIECED. THEY MANAGED TO DO THE JOB THE WAY WE WANTED THEM TO.
