I ordered the furniture & was told it would arrive in a month. A couch came in that I could get before the chair. When I get there, I find out it is a sleeper & they tried to charge me more money. I complained & they discounted it. I bought this furniture to help stage my home for sale. We never used the sleeper & when we go to move 4 months later we realize it is broken. The sleeper frame has completely come away from the couch frame. I didn't think too much about it because it is under a year warranty. We were moving on a Saturday, and I thought I'd deal with it later. When I called to get it fixed, it took several tries to get in touch. Once I called in to hear the ''please continue to hold messages''. I held on for a while and finally called the store to find out the center was closed. Very annoying! When I finally got in touch, I was informed that since I moved the furniture that it was no longer under warranty. They offered me nothing. I will not buy anything from Levitz again.
