Complete. Replaced basic thermostat. Total time on site was 33 minutes. Total bill was $391. Desperate after three days without heat so agreed to charges and paid.

Excellent communication and installation

They were so nice. We just had started the cold weather, when you turn on, it's cold and you turn on your furnace and nothing happens. Then you call and nothing happens and everybody else was calling too, I tried several people, and no one was available. So I called back and I finally got this man.

The man arrived on time.  Mild argument about parking permit (we live in permit pkg neighborhood).  Although I didn't specifically request it, he didn't inform me about how much repairs would cost.  He expertly fixed our furnace and relit pilot light.  He explained about the machinery.  
I had bought an online coupon through AL, and provider office knew that.   Unfortunately, he didn't know about it, but he graciously applied it.  Had I forgotten about it, I would have been charged more.

They did a great job. They were so nice. They did a complete maintenance. There was a wire loose which is why the furnace wouldn't come on. He made sure to check everything and make sure that he could get everything fixed. He explained everything that he was doing. Out of the 15 people that I called this was the only company that had a spot for me the very next day. Everyone else was giving me Friday or Monday.

The tune-up went well.  No problems were detected.  Offered suggestions for keeping the furnace and a/c working properly.

There was no cost and I like them. They are very responsive and I don't feel like I'm being ripped off. Everything is fine.

I was fortunate to get the owner Steve Hussey on my service call who supplemented his staff at this busy time of year. He is very professional. courteous, and punctual. He takes pride in his company and seeks a longterm business relationship with his customers. He had to come back on two additional days to buy replacement parts  to complete the service but was always on schedule. I did not feel he was trying to upsell. All in all, he gives up to date professional service at a fair price in a timely fashion.  I felt that both customer and service provider were happy with the business transaction. He left me the service manuals for the Carrier furnance and for the Honeywell thermostat which will be a good resource if we need future service. I will use his company again if the quality of service persists.

Absolutely outstanding!!!!!  Hussey Brothers is well deserving of its excellent ratings.  The quality and thoroughness of the service from providing the initial estimate through to completion of the project was outstanding.  Steve Hussey came to the house to go over the details of the estimate and the various steps involved in the project.  He asked questions as to what we wanted such as size of the new hot water heater to ensure we would get what we really wanted.  Both of the techs who installed the hot water heater, furnace, and A/C system were equally well qualified.  In fact, one tech has worked for Hussey Brothers for 23 years.  An added benefit we received was the solution of a mystery by this particular tech.  I had been telling my husband for years that my sewing room had not been receiving heat or A/C.  The tech climbed up in to the attic and found the duct leading to this room had become detached thereby causing the heat or cool air to remain in the attic.  This problem might not have been spotted if the tech had not done such a thorough job of inspecting the overhead duct work.
Once the new equipment was installed, Steve Hussey came back and went over everything and immediately took care of a small sound in the air conditioner.
The outstanding service also included ensuring the proper permits were obtained.  We passed our city inspection with flying colors thanks to the excellent work of Steve Hussey and his techs.  The inspector repeatedly used the works "excellent job" during the inspection.  He was in and out of the house in less than ten minutes!

The service person was very thorough & responsive to questions & concerns. Completed the job & let me know that if I had any future problems they would take care of them.

I got this company from Angie's List and . The people I interacted with they had a salesman who sold the job and then they haver one of the bothers which was the operation persons. They are both good. The guy out in the field was good and even the receptionist was good. They get the person right away if you needed someone right away. They let you know when the job was gonna start and who is doing what. It's an excellent company. I'm quite impress with them.

Went very well.  Hussey Bros. installed our new furance and a/c unit back in October 2010 and did an excellant job.  My next door neighbor also used Hussey Bros. for his a/c unit.

They came out a day after I called them and they have been fabulous. They have been on time, the technician is knowledgeable and informative. They are tidy and they are wonderful. They informed me of the time that they would be arriving and they arrived within the time window which was only half an hour of window so that was very nice. The technician walked me through what he was doing, what went wrong with the Air conditioner, what potentially could be wrong and costly, and what would be relatively minor repair and it turned out to be what I needed that I had a cool and slow week. And he had to come back on a different day after the Air conditioner had been off for a while that he could locate the leak in the attic. That can currently take up to 4 hours just to locate but he located it within an hour and he welded it closed, and now he is checking so that it is all working and it's all functioning properly. He couldn't be more courteous, helpful and friendly. I don't know much about Air conditioning, he explains so much to me and I really felt confident that I wasn't being taken advantage of.
