EJ Plumbing

Excellent, honest, professional service.  We have used EJ Plumbing for ~4 years both at our home and at rental properties.  His team has done water heaters, faucet repair, drain unclogging (from the roof), re-piping and more.  Manny responses quickly to your call.  He always clearly explains what needs to be done.  The prices are reasonable.  Estimates are on target. He and his team do not find add on jobs unless they are really warranted.  

A water heater began leaking in the am.  Manny came over for an estimate within 10-15 minutes of my call.  He had a water heater in their warehouse.  By 3pm the water heater was in.  The tenants were happy with the efficiency of the technicians. The day before the water heater was fixed, one of his technician came to another one of our buildings and removed a 1950's garbage disposal that's pipes had been leaded in.  He then re-piped under the sink. 

I trust Manny.  In 2010, we had a  tenant complaining of noisy pipes.  He was very honest in explaining that the noise was the normal sound of water running through the pipes.  He indicated that we were probably lucky as the newer copper pipes are thinner and would allow more noise to be heard. His visit to our building was at no charge.

The technicians are prompt, courtesy and knowledgeable. They will call if they are running behind on a job.  All their work is neat and the work area is completely clean when the job is done.

I called around 8:30 am and was told he could come as early as 9 am; he was efficient, friendly, and provided a 30 day warranty on the service.
