"[Member Name Removed], Thank you for taking a few moments to review Kevin's service for your Maytag Dryer repair. If you see any performance dips in drying give us a call for general maintenance. "[Member Name Removed], Thank you for the kind words and De Anza Appliance takes the COVID pandemic very seriously. It starts with initial intake advising customers about safe practices, temperature check and symptom reporting from the staff to the manager on shift in the morning, to the use of mask, gloves, and enhanced cleaning measure in the home. If you need any repairs or general maintenance on your refrigerator or dryer we look forward to helping you in the new year. Stay safe, stay health, Chris Boucher, VP of Marketing & Operations"
"[Member Name Removed], My apologies for the review and chatted with you earlier today. A sealed system is a rare repair that is diagnosed 5% of the time for freezer failures. More frequently we expect computer boards, condenser fan motors, loose or frayed wire connections, fuses, or relay switches to be at fault that are very repairable and worth doing. LG compressors and sealed systems require specialized tools and training. They're fairly proprietary and information isn't easy to come by. Their compressors also have seen cascading failures that we've seen historically work needed every 2-3 years. Most sealed system and compressor jobs run $2,000 to $5,000 if done right and recommend replacement unless a larger built-in model that's $10,000 or more and less than 15 years old. We recommended LG to come out if you'd like a second opinion. If their factory authorized team comes out they might be able to service at a lower charge ordering parts direct rather with distributor markup. You were presented a full refund today. You didn't feel like there was value in the time to come to the home, expertise to present the diagnostic, or referral for follow-up. Rather than having that discussion of value with the technician in the home we had it a week later today after you were charged for service. I will take your feedback in consideration about advising customers about the small chance of sealed systems. Most of our call takers (myself included) are not trained appliance technicians. Though the team is very knowledgeable it's hard to give every customer every possible repair outcome since there are dozens of parts at varying prices that contribute to the health and cooling of your refrigerator. Best wishes, Chris Boucher VP of Marketing & Operations"
"[Member Name Removed], Thank you for taking a few moments leave comments about your Whirlpool oven repair. Tony's as thorough diagnostician as I've seen in my time of recruiting and working with appliance repair technicians. He's aspiring to become an electrical and mechanical engineer and you can see the pride in his work. Hopefully you don't need us soon but feel free to request Tony next time you need a repair. Stay cool! Chris Boucher VP of Marketing & Operations"
"JL, Thank you for taking a few moments for leaving a review. Have a cool, ice filled summer! Chris Boucher VP of Marketing & Operations"
"[Member Name Removed], Thank you for taking the moment to leave a review for our technician Gus. We look forward to help you on your next project. Stay Healthy, Stay Safe, Chris Boucher VP of Marketing & Operations"
"[Member Name Removed], My apologies that we earned a D with your experience. Checking the notes your appointment was abruptly rescheduled on Friday March 6th and pushed to Monday March 9th and then you cancelled the follow-up service to finalize the repairs. Your original technician is out on medical leave and wanted to do what we could to reschedule to the soonest appointment possible. The only thing you are responsible is the initial service call or if you choose to finish the repairs the service call would be waived. Please give us a ring to re-open the ticket, go over the experience or finalize payment for the service call at your soonest convenience. Best Wishes, Chris Boucher VP of Marketing & Operations"

"Glad to be of service. Sometimes showing customer how to do routine repairs like unclogging the defrost line or vacuuming refrigerator coils can be a big savings over a a refrigerator's lifetime."
