I liked that there was very prompt response from them and they were highly professional.  They gave me a price range based on a set of choices and I think it was about $12000 to $15000.  The owner himself came out and did the estimate because the employee that does the estimate wasn’t around.  He was very prompt, very pleasant and he had great interpersonal skills.  He was professional and he wasn’t in a rush or pushy.  He was a great middle ground if anyone is looking for a potential contractor.  There were no complications based on the estimate experience.

I thought they were professional, they showed up on time and they did a good job on the roof.   They were able to match the roofing material pretty closely to what was there.  They cleaned up everything.  I was happy with the work. Over all they were good.  The price was a little high but it was worth it.  I will use them in the future.

I was a little confused about the response to my call. ? ?

"Sorry for the confusion, we do roof inspections but at this time we are very busy and will not be able to get to them for at least a month. Roof inspections require far more time and detail than a roofing estimate. They require a full write up with all "current" roof details addressed. Thanks."

Tower Roofing (on your A list) was very busy after the rains so it took ahile to get someone here to give an estimate for the job and then after the estimate to get someone here to actually to the job. But once here they were efficient, professional, and very nice. I enjoyed and could trust all the workers! But higher than estimate.
