They were amazing. I would refer them to everyone because they were early, were very clean- there was nothing left behind. They were very communicative throughout the whole process, were very cordial and went above and beyond.

So far there hasn't been any residual problems and they were great in coming back to remark the wood that had been treated, so when another service provider came out they knew where to work. I would definitely use them again and recommend them. They were efficient, on time and did a great job.

Termite extermination crew went well. Crew got there a lot earlier than they told me, which made me stress as I was not ready. Mr. Dana Marshall, a very kind and professional man, told me not to worry and even helped me pack my car. Termite Guy's construction crew was very courteous and replaced damaged wood. The frame on the back door was replaced and I had to show them that another piece of wood needed replacement in the doorway. When completed I tried to open the door but it was hard, thinking it was sticky from the paint. I tried to shut the door and had to push forcefully three or four times with the whole side of my body to get it closed. I called Termite Guy and the workers returned a couple hours later to repair it. He had to remove the door and use a chisel to fix it. (Did they think I would not notice it couldn't be closed or opened properly?!) The two jams on my garage door were replaced but the wood did not go down to the concrete, allowing space for rodent or other small "creatures" to enter. They replaced wood in a couple of other places satisfactorily. They did replace a small area in front that was wood rot, which was not on the list to replace. (Thank you.) They returned to redo the jams correctly. For the few things they repaired, I thought the price was outrageous. It came to $180 per hour for! Their rep, who initially gave me the quote, came out to check on the repairs after the workers corrected the problems. He had a "reason" for every problem that had to be corrected. There was no apology or indication that he was sorry that these issues caused me frustration and inconvenience and should have been done correctly the first time. Not a good way to have a customer recommend you or use you again!

Below are the areas which I am not satisfied with: 1. Garage a. Right and left jams were removed from stucco molding with a saw and jams only replaced. b. Jams do not go all the way to the concrete, allowing space for potential rodent infestation to enter. c. Jams are not lined up at header. d. Need old style stucco molding to match stucco molding on header. e. Garage door does not open more than 3 feet or so now (manual aluminum door). 2. Laundry door area a. Replaced outside door frame only. It appeared they did not get detailed instructions as to damage inside doorway. I had to show them, and as we poked the wood evidence of termite damage fell out. b. One board next to the damaged one was not replaced and has damage on the bottom of it. c. The door stuck when you tried to open it and we thought it was because the paint hadn?t dried so they left. When they left I tried to open and shut the door again and I had to push the door very forcefully with the whole side of my right shoulder and body three or four times to close it. I called the office immediately and the workers returned a couple hours later as they had begun another job. They fixed it upon their return. 3. They did not use very good quality wood. A supervisor did not come out to see if the job was done properly. What astonishes and angers me is they charged $990 for these few repairs. That comes to $180 an hour or $90 per hour per worker. That is outrageous for the quality and quantity of work that was done.

The house had extensive wood damage from drywood termites.  The crew did a great job of repairing/replacing the many problem areas.  The house was tented and a small area of subterranean termites was treated as well.  After the whole house was painted, you can't even tell which areas were patched.

They did a wonderful job. They were on time. Whenever you work with contractors, they say they'll be here at 8:00 and then they'll show up at noon, but these people didn't have any of that. They got the house tented, put in whatever they needed to and the work was done spot on. What stood out the most is that they were there when they needed to be there.

It was okay, because they kept saying you need to do this and you need to do that and I'd ask how much and they'd say well I'm not sure, I'll get back to you but they never did. It was supposed to be done within a week and a half and it took three months for them to get a door.

They came out, found termite damage, offered a chemical solution, tented the house and performed the treatment.  We didn't notice insects of any kind in the house for quite a long while after that so I assume it must have worked. Everyone was pleasant and helpful  and the price was very reasonable but I had to knock a few points off for what happened afterwards with regard to billing. We kept receiving notices that we had not paid and it took several phone calls and an email with a marked up credit card statement to finally stop the "overdue" notices.

They showed up on time, did great work, and gave a comprehensive report of current areas of termite infestation.  Luckily, it was very minor in some exterior structures, so there was no follow up treatment required.  Overall I was very happy with the service and professionalism.  I would use them again for other pest control work.
