Chris was great! Brought samples for my husband to review and was looking to include me in the process. I was interested in the numbers and quality of the artificial turf, and he proved to be the best price + quality of product. We scheduled installation soon after. The work started the morning and by the evening, we had a beautiful turf lawn in our front yard for our kids to enjoy. We've had neighbors ask and we HIGHLY recommend this company!

The salesmanship job was good and sold me, but they did not bring enough base material for my job and the workers stretched the materials so they could complete the job and move on to the next one. I remain a bit disappointed but am living with the installation.

Chris was very nice at estimation. His idea of what to do matched what I had envisioned. The price was very competitive with others. There was a change in the installation schedule and the change was fine with me. All the workers was very hard working and courteous. They were helpful in moving the truck during school times so kids can walk in front of the house. Few reasons for 0.5 off: Chris mentioned that we should put brown mulch down in the flowerbed, but less amount was purchased. It was 1/2 filled. The payment from the office okay, I had to talk to the bank.. talk to the office secretary... but, we got it done. Just slightly off not perfect. There were a few small things.. here and there. I would still recommend this company for turf installation.

Was a smooth process. However I'm stll waiting for the Paid in full receipt, Maintenance instruction and gurantee papers. Office folks not workers.
