Sincerely, Stoneshine Representative they were on time, very clean (although I had to ask for them to clean up the wood floors). However, I asked to remove water stains on our terracotta floors and the sales rep thought we would see a big difference and unfortunately, we did not. In fact, there are now brush strokes on our tiles and they are slick due to the sealant. The technicians told me this was the very best that they could do, and I believed them, but I was hoping for much better results."

The first time they showed up they didn't perform the service because their black granite specialist wasn't available. This was a little upsetting and rescheduling wasn't very easy. However, once their specialist came back, he did a great job in buffing out the scratch.

They did not dry the shower before regrouting and nothing dried. It took me 2 weeks to get them back out here and the new technician had to redo all the work done by his colleagues. It then took weeks to dry and we could not use our shower for weeks.
The were supposed to clean the grout on my kitchen floor and they did a terrible job,..no improvement. They did however remove some of the grout while trying to clean and did not even replace it until I said something to them.
The experience was painful and disastrous. Watch out for their sales people...they talk a good game and do not deliver at all.
My granite, grout and marble are in worst condition than they were before they started. The grout in the shower has loosened and fallen out already.
I will never let them in my house again.
