About us

Stop Slab Leaks Today! Why repipe when you can ePIPE? Avoid the mess. We fix pipes "In-Place." Our patented technology has a 90-minute return-to-service. In most cases, your water will be back on the same day! Our company offers the patented ePIPE pipe lining technology to restore pipes from the inside. This epoxy coating method uses existing access points to clean and coat failing or aged pipes in-place, eliminating the need to dig up and replace pipes. This method is often faster, less expensive and much less disruptive than a traditional repipe. ePIPE extends the useful life of pipe systems and protects the pipes against common failures, such as leaks, corrosion, discolored water and metal (lead and copper) leaching. We also offer our LeadSmart testing program, the first program of its type, which uses EPA-approved equipment and an EPA-approved method of testing water for lead levels, as well as steps to remedy the high lead levels, official certification and insured protection. A LeadSmart Certificate of Compliance is issued to a property after it is tested in compliance to current EPA guidelines for lead. Our LeadSmart testing services are backed by an industry-first $1 Million Errors and Omissions Insurance program. If your home, property, business, building, facility, vessel or structure could benefit from either the ePIPE or LeadSmart services, please contact us today.

Great experience overall... Had a slab leak and called for an estimate on a complete home re-pipe to avoid any more leaks in the future... (fifth leak overall)... We had seen regular copper pipe re-pipes with some friends and we didn't want to go with all the holes and weeks to get the job done... we wanted something less intrusive... A plumber recommended this company, and from the start, the salesman, Michael Colikas, was punctual and very professionally explained the process and gave us an estimate. The day of the appointment, a 3 man restoration crew arrived (Hector, Martin and Isaac) on time and got to work on repairing the leak ( they discovered another small leak also)... our home is a two story home so it took about two days to complete the work, with very minimal cuts to our walls... first day was to complete the re-pipe... second day was to put all the faucets back together and clean up. Very satisfied with the restoration crew. An appointment was made for a dry wall reparation crew and they showed up a few days later to leave the walls the same way we had them before. Again, very satisfied with the experience and I'd like to think that I don't have to deal with water leaks for at least 10 years (warranty) plus the product is supposed to last up to 50 years... I can now focus an other projects.

Plumber cut a wire from light switch to the light. When confronted as to why the light no longer worked he said that is the way it was when he entered the bathroom. I assumed the bulb burnt out so after they left I went to purchase a new bulb but the light still didn't work. I called the company and they told me to call an electrician and they would pay for it. The electrician found the damaged wire that was cut when cutting into the drywall and saw that plumber taped it up to cover his mistake. With this kind of dishonesty I would never trust this company again and would never recommend them to any one. I simple, I'm sorry I damaged the wire and we will send some one out to fix it would have gone a long way. I can live with and forgive a mistake but not someone who lies to my face.

Somehow, communication between the estimator who came out to bid the job and the actual workers was not smooth. When the workers arrived, they did not know about our relatively steep driveway, nor that we needed a special adaptor for Grohe type of valves. As a result, the first appointment was wasted - the truck could not get up our driveway, and the workers did not have the proper valve adaptors. When I voiced my concerns to one of the higher-ups at the company, he took responsibility and promised that the second appointment would run smoothly, which it did.

Excellent, Victor, the sales rep listened to my concerns and explained to me my purchase options for the repairs needed. The restoration team were the most straightforward, coordinated, professional and technically skilled I have ever witnessed, they made the repipe happen in one day without any problems. They saved me the suffering of opening walls, chipping the slab and routing pipe up through the ceiling. I will always be truly impressed by the product and the service they provide. It has been the most cost effective upgrade I have had happen to this house.

We have a 4-level 6000 sq ft plus home and had experienced two pipe leaks in recent weeks. We received quotes to line the pipes from ePipe and one of their competitors. ePipe was around 50% more expensive but the thoroughness and professionalism of the assessment and proposal was so superior to the competition that we had no hesitation in deciding to go with ePipe. A team of four led by team leader Edgar, spent almost 5 days on the job. They arrived punctually each morning before 7:30 and worked through the day in a highly professional and courteous manner. Edgar was very communicative and clearly explained every step and resolution to each challenge they encountered. The team protected the floors and other surfaces and at the completion of the job cleaned up and left no damage. The work was completed on time, the system tested and the water switched back on. We have no hesitation in recommending ePipe and in particular, Edgar and his excellent team

Crew did and excellent job and completed the project in two days as promised.  They took extreme care to protect all surfaces in and outside of the house to prevent any damage.  Crew worked very professionally throughout the project with no unnecessary noise such as music, horseplay, etc.  All plumbing stop valves and shutoff valves were replaced with new items and completion of the project gives me peace of mind as I was experiencing pin hole leaks in plumbing that is not very old.

I'm very happy with the service I received from ePipe. The sales rep (Sherra) was very knowledgeable and helpful. The crew was extremely professional and treated my house as if it were theirs. They kept me informed all along the way and actually finished ahead of schedule. Following installation I have not noticed any reduction in water flow or change in the taste of the water.

After checking out pex pipe replacement as well as e-piping, I decided to go with epipe/Pipe Restoration Inc. because of the less traumatic and non-invasive procedure. I do not regret my decision. Compared to jack hammering the concrete slab for repair, or opening several walls and ceilings for re-piping, the e-piping was a piece of cake. The crew was very efficient, never got tired of answering all of my questions, was polite and, most importantly, cleaned up well after finishing the job. Before starting work, they put plastic throughout the house and during the entire process they worked without hardly ever taking a break. I had both, the hot and cold water pipe system restored, and even though the price was a little higher than the estimates I received for Pex-repiping, e-piping pipe restoration was well worth it, as it is saving on reconstructing the concrete floor, additional dry walls and ceilings, down time and inconvenience. I can, in good conscience, recommend Pipe Restoration Inc. without hesitation. They also replaced several outside hose bibs, water supply lines and shut off valves.

The original pipe relining was done at our home on May 10.  As of June 24, workmen have been back to our house five times to correct problems. There were three leaks after relining . The leak repairs themselves were covered by the company's warranty, but the related damage  -- to wallboard, baseboards, and rugs -- was not covered.  Each leak thus led to considerable inconvenience.  We had arrange for Servpro to come dry things out (three days each time), contact our homeowner's insurance company, wait for their adjuster to show up and evaluate the damage, then schedule and remain home for the wall repairman and rug people.  Two of the leaks were in  exactly the same area in the family room; we'd just had the walls and baseboards repaired and repainted when the next leak occurred and damaged the work just done.  During the leak repair process, it was discovered that a section of pipes had originally been missed and not relined.  We wait severe missed work ral days for someone from Restoration to come analyze the  problem, then ten days until until the workers actually came to reline the section of pipes originally missed.  Needless to say, the whole experience was very frustrating, especially when we paid $10,000 for the original work.  Sections of our house were torn up for over six weeks, and we had to spend significant time with no water, as well as time contacting and waiting for various workmen.  VERY UNHAPPY!

It went very well. They came out and repaired the leak immediately. They came when they said they would, they put everything down to keep the house clean. And they did a great service! They have a great warranty too

ePIPE representatives and employees were courteous, prompt, and professional. The sales representative came to our home in advance, scoped the work, and provided us with a written contract detailing the exact cost and work schedule. He described clearly what the job entailed. The workers who performed the job over the scheduled two days arrived promptly, took care not to disrupt our normal activities any more than necessary, provided bottled drinking water, and filled buckets for use while our water supply was shut off, which included one overnight between the two days of work. We took advantage of the six-month, no-interest payment plan that is available. Now, after nearly three months since the work was performed, we've had no issues. We're confident that our home will be free of slab leaks (which have been a common problem in our housing development) for years to come. We recently received our property insurance renewal notice. AAA had raised our premium significantly due to the slab leak we had last February, prior to the ePIPE restoration. We called AAA, explained to them that we had our pipes restored by ePIPE, faxed them the contract as proof of the work performed, and they reduced our premium by $500 per year. Over time, this makes the significant cost of the pipe restoration well worth it, on top of the assurance that we are unlikely to have further slab leak damage to our home. ePIPE/Pipe Restoration, Inc. deserves the many glowing reviews I've seen on Angie's list. High quality, professional work at a significant, but fair, price.

I have them done proxy coating to my entire house of 2800 sqft.  My current leak under slab was fixed without any extra work while they did the coating process.  There were 3 staff working on this project.  The office called me one day before to remind me of the appointment.  The three staff came on time early morning and worked through 4pm.  They came back the second day to test the result and made sure everything was done correctly and there was no more leak by fixing all leaking and potential leak valves.  They finished the entire work by 2pm the second day.
I have done extensive research before I decided to give it a shot instead of repiping the whole house.  The price seems a little high (about $12,000) but the quality of work is appreciated.   After the coating, the water pressure was obviously increased and the leak under the slab was sealed.  I am happy for the result and can sleep well from now on.

I really like that epipe employees were on time and there prior to the start at 8am. They were very helpful explaining any questions I had and they cleaned up when finished. I would recommend them to anyone that is interested in a long term goal to prevent leaks in there pipes.

The crew arrived on schedule and was very professional throughout the entire operation. They were well organized and worked well with their supervisor. The job was completed well within the time frame and the house was left clean and with a fully operational water system. The job was completed as quoted with no additional charges. This company has earned their top rating by performing as promised.
