Clean grout to a very large kitchen sitting area, sealed grout. Cleaned a family heirloom chair excellent work!

They got black permanent ink out of light carpeting really well. If it's there, it well below the surface. This particular time, they sent out the best! This technician was simple amazing, but honestly it's hit or miss depending on the gentleman they send out to your home. They are local and reliable so I continue to use them. They are always responsive! They are my go-to guys!

You get a good service, and they clean by the square footage. They give you a lot of options. They are very professional, and it dries very fast.

We spent $125 on that work and it went really well. He showed up, helped me move thing and was very friendly. I left and came home and everything is beautiful and the employee has been with the company for 10 years and that says a lot about him. Their price was a little high, but I like their process and the carpets dry in a couple of hours. He got every spot up and I think he did a good job and was an hour before the window was up.

A few stains didn't come out, but they were willing to come back and retreat them for no extra charge.

I moved all of the items except for the sofa and large TV out of the rooms and other end tables, etc to maximize the cleaned area. The technician measured diagonally and I was surprised at the sq ft he came up with based on the actual carpet accessible for cleaning. Seemed high and the charge was 35 cents per square foot. He missed major areas in corners and several spots in doorways did not look any better than when he started. I was so upset I called the office and they sent another technician out two days later so my house was still a mess waiting for the job to be done right. The second technician did a good job and totally re cleaned the hallway, living and family room. No charge but I made sure that he did his job before leaving. I don't think I'll use this company again. The only good thing seems to be that the process dries quickly.

THIS CARPET CLEANING COMPANY WAS GREAT. THEY SHOWED UP ON SHORT NOTICE AND DID A WONDERFUL JOB. WE WERE WORRIED THEY WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO GET THE PET STAINS OUT OF THE NEW CARPET AND THEY DID. WE WERE VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK.

I CALLED FOR THIS SERVICE AND WAS ABLE TO GET AN APPOINTMENT FOR TWO DAYS LATER. I WAS ALSO ABLE TO GET A FIRST APPOINTMENT IN THE MORNING SO I WOULD NOT HAVE TO MISS MUCH WORK. THE CARPET CLEANER WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DID A GREAT JOB!

EVERYTHING LOOKS GREAT WHEN DONE. THEY HAVE NOT DAMAGED ANYTHING. IN FACT, ONLY ONCE I WAS NOT HAPPY, AND THEY CAME BACK RIGHT AWAY, AND MADE IT RIGHT. NO FUSS NO HASSLE. IT ONLY TAKES 1 to 2 HOURS TO DRY. IN FACT A CARPET INSTALLER TOLD ME MY CARPETS ARE GREAT FOR THEIR AGE. HE BELIEVES THEIR METHOD OF CLEANING IS THE BEST, AND THAT'S WHY THEY'RE IN SUCH GOOD SHAPE.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY WAS SATISFACTORY. THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS and NICE. THEY CALLED LATER TO SEE IF I WAS HAPPY WITH THE WORK and EVEN CAME BACK TO REDO THE FAMILY ROOM AREA THAT STILL SHOWED SOME SPOTS. I LIKE THIS COMPANY and WILL HIRE THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.

I WAS PLEASED WITH THE PROMPTNESS AND PROFESSIONALISM OF THIS COMPANY, BUT THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE CLEANING PROCESS WAS NOT GREAT. THE CARPETS LOOKED GOOD WHEN THEY WERE STILL DAMP, BUT, ONCE THEY DRIED, THE SPOTS WERE STILL VISIBLE.

CHEM-DRY CARPET CLEANING WAS QUICK TO RESPOND TO MY CALL. THEY CAME OUT ON TIME AND WERE DONE VERY QUICKLY. THEY MAN WAS VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. HE HELPED ME MOVE ITEMS THAT I COULD NOT MOVE BY MY SELF.

WORKED QUICKLY and NEATLY. MADE THE CARPET IN THE ENTRYWAY LOOK LIKE NEW AGAIN. THEY WERE ON TIME and POLITE. THE CREW WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL and LEFT NO MESS BEHIND.
