the job was supposed to take 2 hours and he was done in less than an hour. Several vent covers were put back on badly, there were dirty fingerprints left around the covers and we had to vacuum up dust after he left. He was very polite and courteous, just not exactly careful or detail oriented.

I hired them specifically to clean my air ducts because of a smell and on the phone, he was confident he could get rid of it. The cleaned the vents but the smell is still there. They did not know where it is coming from or how to get rid of it, feel like I wasted the money.

I expected the techs to climb on my roof to clean out the vent at the top to make sure it wasn't clogged, but he told me that was not a part of the service, which I found strange. I am assuming that the debris that came blowing out of the vent was most of the lint.
