Excellent - prompt quoting, both the person quoting and the person doing the work showed up when they were supposed to and did exactly what they said they would do. Wish more service co's were like this.

Tony Addy himself came out and did the inspection.  It went fine overall.  He did a thorough inspection.  Tony was prompt and courteous and both my wife and I liked him personally.  He emailed us a written estimate.
We ended up accepting a contract from another company, mainly because they seemed better equipped to do the heavy work and they offered a broader array of construction services.
As it turned out, we decided to re-build the entire deck instead of trying to repair it.  There was a lot of dry-rot and other damage that was not visible until the deck was partially dis-assembled.  The reasons for that are first, the deck is almost 50 years old and was not built to code, for example no flashing between wood joints.  And second, we as owners didn't take care of it properly the way it should have been (for 20 years we never had the coating re-sealed).
Tony was a good sport about the whole thing.  We would still recommend Tony Addy, and may still use him in the future as we are getting too old to wash windows and decks!

My new deck is FAR better than I could have hoped for! Tony's attitude of "No problem, we can do that for you" was key for us. He listened to our ideas and gave us a quote within a week or so. Along with the quote he added a few new ideas that were more visually pleasing (but more work for him) than what we had originally planned. He and his crew worked their butt off every day. I loved that he would take the time to explain what he was doing and why and he always communicated what step was next. All along the way he kept giving us new ideas to make not just the deck project great, but things he would do for the other parts of the yard not yet under construction. He and his crew kept our yard clean every day that they were working on site.
