ABSOLUTELY THE BEST CHOICE FOR A CONTRACTOR. OUR EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT. JIM EDUCATED US ALONG THE WAY ABOUT THE CONSTRUCTION PROCESS. HE ADVISED US ABOUT VALUE FOR OUR MONEY. HE APPRECIATED THE BEAUTY OF THE ROOF BEAMS COMING TOGETHER PERFECTLY AT THE PEAK, AS MUCH AS THE BEAUTY OF THE INTERIOR FINISHING WORK. HONEST COMMUNICATION THROUGH THE THICK AND THIN OF CONSTRUCTION!
Description of Work: JIM MCMANIS, GENERAL CONTRACTOR, REMODELED OUR 1930'S HOME: BUILDING ON 7 LEVELS, REPLACING ALL WINDOWS, INTERIOR DOORS, MAKING 4 BATHROOMS, A LARGE COMPLICATED KITCHEN, NEW ROOF LINES, INSTALLING CABINETRY AMONG MANY OTHER ASPECTS. HIS SOURCE OF SUBCONTRACTORS WORK HARD FOR HIM, KNOWING JIM REQUIRES ONLY EXCELLENT WORK WITH ATTENTION TO DETAIL. JIM IS HARD WORKING, HAS A BRILLIANT MIND FOR BUILDING, IS HONEST AND NOW IS LIKE A MEMBER OF THE FAMILY AFTER OUR 18 + MONTH PROJECT. EVERY EVENING JIM AND HIS TEAM CLEANED THE WORK SPACE ASSURING SAFETY ON THE SITE. AWARE OF THE DISTURBANCE CONSTRUCTION CAUSES TO THOSE AROUND, JIM MAKES EVERY EFFORT TO RESPECT THE NEIGHBORS' NEEDS TOO.
