My BMW 325's front passenger side window was coming off track. So, if one were to roll it down, when you roll it up again, it would glide out and not close entirely.
I left my car at the repair shop at 9am, and was promptly called at 11am with an update and estimate of the issue. They had to order new parts that were delivered sometime in the afternoon. The car was ready at 5pm.
I use Ma's Auto for both my cars. I came across them 3 years back and ever since I have been using them. They are one of those repair shops who would come under their estimates most of the times. Kevin is very polite, and seems very knowledgeable about cars. I will recommend this repair shop to anyone.

I originally just used Ma's for a smog check. While waiting, I got an estimate for my brakes for my SUV Lexus. Kevin (the owner) gave the me absolute lowest price that any other place has given me. He also said that all of them didn't need to be replaced. I have never met such an honest auto repair shop. I will not hesitate to go here again.
