They sent a plumber the next day, and he fixed both easily and quickly; with time to spare (they charge by hour), he also resealed the kitchen faucet - and, he did a non-plumbing job which was to correct my error on a some-assemby-required storage container. He was knowledgeable, helpful, made a good suggestion for a problem in my bath, and was all around pleasant. I've recommended him to my neighbors and others. With a 10% discount it was $124.

The project went quickly and smoothly

All of our plumbing jobs have been resolved. Caccia was very responsive and tuned into our needs. They have a flat hourly rate and were enthusiastic about working hard for us for that hour.

Caccia plumbing was wonderful! We have owned our house for a year and a half and we have had plumbing issues since the beginning. Every plumbing company that previously worked on our pipes (total number=6) would do what I consider "band-aid" work; basically they would snake the pipes to clean them but not fix them. Multiple companies refused to even put a camera down in the pipes. Anthony Caccia and team not only correctly diagnosed my issues but fixed them. All the plumbers and the office staff were friendly, professional, timely and most importantly, competent.

We were impressed with Caccia Plumbing. I checked out 5 plumbers on Angie's list and on the state contractor's board. I chose to phone Caccia first. Although they were getting ready to close for the Christmas holidays, they scheduled an appointment because the floor tile problem was getting worse. Anthony Caccia is the third generation of this family plumbing firm, and he impressed us with his professionalism and speed. He identified the problem as an improperly set wax seal. He fixed the problem in 1 hour and guaranteed his work. He gave the Angie's discount as advertised. He suggested we use Angie's list to find someone to replace the section of floorboard that had been damaged. We didn't expect him to wear "booties" to keep our carpet clean or to be so great about cleaning up. It was a very positive solution to our plumbing problem of the holidays.

My bathroom sink and tub were backing up. Moe arrived promptly as scheduled and determined that the sink was easy to fix, but there was a problem w/ the tub, under the house, so we scheduled a second appointment in 2 days. He arrived w/ a helper and installed a new overlow in the bathroom and also replaced a leaking pipe.

I had them come out about a month ago because my kitchen sink was draining a little bit slowly. At that time they snaked the drain and replaced a small piece (a p valve, perhaps). This didn't do anything to clear the drain. I wasn't able to call them to come out to fix the problem again (I work full time) and the problem wasn't so dire that I couldn't live with it until I had time to call them back. When I called them back, they said that they would charge me for doing the work again - even though they didn't fix the problem the first time around. They complained that I shouldn't have waited a month to call them to complain. They claimed that they need to send an inspector out and determine the cause of the problem and that they would call me. That was almost a month ago. I haven't heard anything. I note that I was not home to talk to the guy directly - my mother in law was at my house to talk to the technician.

We are trying to improve the drainage on our property and wanted to understand where the existing drainage system went. Anthony showed up right on time, and spent about an hour and a half tracking our pipes around the property with a camera that goes through the pipes and a detector that senses where/how deep the pipes are -- he left little white flags to indicate where the pipes went, and we'll be getting a video of the camera footage. He also looked at the two toilets in our house that have poor water pressure and sometimes run, and immediately recognized that a previous plumber had installed generic parts that don't work with our model. He ordered the specialty part, and is coming back next week to install them. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. We'll definitely continue to use Caccia Plumber for all our plumbing-related needs, and I would also rely on him for referrals of other providers as appropriate.

The plumber was very friendly, explained why it clogged, and what to do in the future to prevent it. He cleaned up the whole mess before he left. Total time was about a half hour. It was fast, and they were able to come the same day I called.

In addition, the repair man happily changed out pipes from a non-conforming clothes washer.

Overall, the work that Liam did was outstanding. He first made sure to explain the problem. He then made sure that he had all the necessary parts. He was very thorough and clean through out the process. He explained the work and broke down the cost. Our problem was fixed and we are very happy with the service. We even received a thank you card from him for using his company.

He came promptly when scheduled and gave us a thorough analysis of the problem (actually gave 2 scenarios as to what could be the problem). He even drew us a diagram. Told us the job would require a general contractor. Gave us the name of a general contractor to call. We were very pleased with the service.

From first telephone call to the company to final work done, all company representatives were very friendly and polite. James came out to do free estimate. Took pictures of the area work to be done. Returned estimate and "Notice to Owner" regarding licensed contract work via e:mail. Estimate good for sixty (60) days. I set up appointment. Liam arrived on scheduled day, on time. Performed work efficiently and courteously and at price quoted. Cleaned up after work done. Greatly appreciated job well done.

Extremely professional, fast and good to do business with. Even though we realize that they probably were higher with the flat rate bid, it also eliminated any concern of the unknown open ended prices we got from other bidders. We would definitely use them for all services in the future but would also competitively bid.

THIS COMPANY CAME HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BY SEVERAL FRIENDS/NEIGHBORS. THEY DO NOT COME INSTANTLY AS THEY ARE HEAVILY BOOKED, SO THEY WOULD NOT BE RIGHT FOR AN EMERGENCY. BUT, IF YOU CAN WAIT A FEW DAYS, THEY ARE GREAT. GOOD SERVICE. GOOD EXPLANATIONS. VERY REASONABLE PRICES AS COMPARED TO OTHER PLUMBERS I HAVE USED.
