First, Lara is AMAZING! After a number of sessions, she was able to help me identify and navigate through the things that were keeping me 'stuck' that were keeping me from reaching my personal and professional goals, which turned out to be a lot of limiting beliefs and energetic blocks that I didn't even realize I had created for myself over time. She has a remarkable way of making you feel at ease and eager to tackle things that you wouldn't typically want to (or be able to) face on your own. She really helped me not only stay authentic to, and move forward with, my life goals, but also to recognize and remove the things in my life that were no longer serving me. Having that kind of guidance and support is nothing short of priceless!
