THOMASVILLE HOME FURNISHINGS

I went into the San Marcos store on Dec. 9, 2011 with exactly what I wanted in my mind. After looking around for a few minutes, and ignored by a couple of rude sales people, someone finally offered help. Two hours later I was paying for the things that I had my eye on as well as a chair and ottoman that the sales rep. said I really should get. Spent over $8,000 and was still charged a delivery fee. Later in the week I contacted the store to cancel that extra chair and ottoman, I still wasn't sure that it was right. Well, the sales rep. promised it would "be perfect". February 2012, furniture is delivered and yep that chair and ottoman looks BAD. Called the sales rep who says she will see what can be done. 1 week-no call back, 2 weeks-after more messages-no call back. I walk into the store and am met with "What are you doing here?" Are you kidding? Finally after ordering more stuff and agreeing to pay $323 restocking fee they agreed to take back what the sales rep promised would be perfect. Now it is June 27, 2012 and the items that were ordered on February 21, still are not here. Conclusion, the worst customer service ever. I have spent close to $10,000 there in 2 months and am still having to call for updates. Think twice, maybe three times, before going into Thomasville Furniture in San Marcos.
