Everyone was very accommodating and easy to work with from the design consultant to the project and construction manager. They kept in contact with me every step of the way and had great communication. System pavers strive to deliver quality work and does not take shortcuts. We cannot say enough good things about System Pavers. We recently had to have our hardscape repaired after a conduit was laid for a solar power system. System Pavers had installed our beautiful hardscape in 2017. After one phone call, a top-notch team from System Pavers arrived to reinstall the pavers that had been removed by the solar construction. Kyle O'Conner, Luis Alonzo and Luis Peaz were professional, friendly and did a fantastic job for us. In fact, when looking at the repaired area, one cannot tell that it was ever disturbed. It looks as great as it did when it was first installed 4 years ago. The team all wore masks and were extraordinarily courteous and careful on our property. They did a walk-around to inspect the entire property's hardscape, and as we had been promised, it was in great shape. Ken Kensick was our design consultant and our contact for this repair. He and the team represented System Pavers wonderfully. We highly recommend System Pavers!

I found system pavers through my Dad who had his driveway redone with paver stones and looked great. Due to their previous workmanship, I had them give a quote for my home. I had systems pavers do artificial turf in my front yard and paver stones in the back yard. They did a wonderful job. I got a fair price for excellent workmanship and quality. Alex Paez and his team onsite were able to bring my vision of my how I wanted my outdoor landscaping to light. they were responsive to my input and proactive in troubleshooting problems that always occur during these type of big renovations. My neighbors have complimented the landscape changes that were made. I highly recommend System Pavers .

In the matter of a few weeks we went from a backyard wasteland full of cracked concrete, broken irrigation lines, a patio that would never drain right to a masterpiece worth being proud of. System Pavers and our project manager Alex were AMAZING. In short order they were able to transform our backyard from a place we never wanted to be to a place that we always want to be. The pavers they installed are amazing, all of the drainage works perfectly, and it is now a safe place for us to enjoy as a family. If you are in the market for some backyard work, call System Pavers first. They are fast, organized, curious and professional. Make sure you ask for Alex and his crew too because they are incredible.

My journey started two years ago when I had this grand idea of what I was going to do with my front and back yard (which were a complete mess). As time went on, the ideas changed quite a bit. It required three separate visits from Heidi and a lot of last minute changes, but I finally came to a design I liked, paid for it, and it was done. I was a difficult customer but everyone at System Pavers was professional and patient with me as we went through the process. Luis was a great project manager. He kept me up to date, answered all my questions, and made sure every issue I brought up was addressed. The project came out perfect and I am 100% happy with the outcome. They are a bit pricey, but there is no point in trying to cut costs when you are doing a big project like this to your house or yard.

I interviewed a number of companies for the renovation of my driveway. It was a ribbon driveway with 2 cement tracks surrounded by dirt. Never having done a project like this I was, of course, nervous about choosing a competent company to complete this expensive project. Although I was impressed with all of the company presentations, I finally chose System Pavers who seemed to be very knowledgeable in both design and construction. They started the job when promised and were always available if I had questions. In particular, Chris, the project manager and Silvia, the design consultant, had given me their phone numbers and quickly returned any calls I made to them. The finished product was beautiful and, as a bonus, completed ahead of schedule.

System pavers lived up to their verbal commitments and their written contracts, and throughout the entire 3-week project, checked with me every few days to make certain that the job was being installed to my satisfaction. System Pavers did a phenomenal job on our front and back yard remodel. Luis and his crew were courteous and punctual, keeping us aware of the multiple steps of the installation. They made sure the area was cleaned every day and all materials were accounted for. Marco and the guys were wonderful to work with and the finished product makes us the jewel of the neighborhood. I had System Pavers come out to reset a paver on my steps that they installed last year. When the technician arrived I ask him to look at our patio pavers, that they install ten years ago, because the patio pavers were sinking and had become uneven because of the heavy rains we had this year. Ryan immediately said "that is unacceptable" we need to fix that for you. He then told me he had a project being completed in Ramona the next day and he would try and have the guys get right over and fix my patio. He texted me later that day and said the guys would be at our home the next day, which they were. The workman pulled up the pavers, leveled the area, and replace the pavers. They worked most of the day and did a great job. I am commending System Pavers for backing their work and providing outstanding service to their customers. They repaired a patio that they installed ten years ago, without any arguments and did it in one day. That type of service demands a 5 Star review.

I am extremely happy with System Pavers, Luke displayed integrity and was very reliable, he went above and beyond ensuring my desires and ideas for our backyard were met. Luke is a expert designer. Ryan was my project manager and he did a great job ! I am not always an easy client to get along with due to my high expectations but, I must say he met every expectation. Marco and his crew did an amazing job ! Fast and very hard working. I am very excited for the summer weather to come around so I can enjoy at least 2 of the 3 W's. Luke and Ryan Marco and his crew you are welcome to swing by this summer and enjoy a beer with me in my new backyard...!!

Best service available! If you want quality service for your money spent go with system pavers. Luke, Dustin were exceptionally great I planning my project. The construction crew was amazing and fun to talk to. Big difference between system pavers and other companies is that they take their time to help you fit your needs. Other companies didn't even bother to follow up with me. I greatly appreciate the planning phase and even advice when choosing colors and design. Thanks alot and look forward to another project in the future.

Poorly. The key problem was a lack of management and poor quality. Many large contactual mistakes such as the wrong paver pattern, putting on new gates backwards, damaging existing infrastructure (throwing away cap stones and not replacing them), underground wires laid without conduit, irrigation laid only 2 inches underground which had to be redone by subsequent landscaping project. The list goes on and on. Every time they tried to fix a problem, it only got worse. I paid out the contract and just told them to go away.
