I am having a lot of housework done and am looking at several companies. They came when they said they would be there. The person who came was terrific. He came out and spent an hour here. I wanted a specific kind of yard. He took pictures and took a lot of time explaining a lot of different colors. He showed me different types of designs for my driveway. I could customize it to specific patterns. He also assured me that they will fix any of the problems developed. He did not pressure me into buying anything and explained the costs and procedures. They gave me a discount and exchanged all paperwork the very next day. It was great.

They did a great job. We were very happy with their service and everything was done timely. It is pricey, but they did a good job. They basically charged per square footage, so it depends on how big your area is. And we went with a country manor wall, which was a more expensive wall. So we've got the look that we wanted. I guess their prices are pretty comparable to other companies and they also have a financial plan. I paid for part of it and then financed the balance. The quality of the work they did was great. The financing was quick, and they had an open window in their schedule, so they got us in right away and then the whole job only took a week. They were always on time and they were very professional.

The crew arrived early on Wed the day after New Year and worked until about 5PM.  As described earlier, they removed the concrete the first day and completed the pavers the next day and a half.  Prior to the start of the project, Bret who represented System Pavers, described exactly what they were going to do.  He gave us enough samples to review until we arrived at what we thought was ideal for our driveway.  He did spend a lot of time with us until we were in agreement.  As stated before, we are very satisfied with the whole exprience.   The work is guarenteed for 25 years.

The appointment went very well. A gentleman came to our house and did the estimates in details. He was extremely professional and nice. We were not able to proceed w/ the actual work because it was beyond our budget.

System Pavers graded the front yard, and removed many large tree roots
where the pavers were to be placed.  Their crew was punctual and
friendly.  The pavers were installed quickly and professionally, along
with a seating wall.  A drain pipe from the back yard was extended to a
hole in the curb they core drilled.  The end result looks great, and
neighbors have commented on how nice it looks

Sales team quickly responded to my initial email.  I sat down with the salesperson, went over the plans and discussed their services.  It turned out to be your typical sales pitch from paver companies, which was OK (but I had seen all this before from other Companies).   The sales person thought the whole project could get done for about $35k.
I sent the plans to the salesperson electronically.  He never responded.  I emailed him again, at which point he replied and said he was having email problems.  About a week later, he emailed me and said he could get the whole job (minus some concrete walls) done for $47k.  I asked for a detailed breakdown and asked if this included BBQ, Firepit, LED Low Voltage lights, etc. . . I also informed him the plans had changed due to the addition of a pool, but the paver sqft was mostly the same.  He said we should sit down to go over the bid.  Unfortunately, it took over 10 days for his schedule to get free enough to meet.  Even then, he gave me a day he could meet, but didn't reply to emails asking to confirm the time. . . then he changed the day he could meet after I had taken time off for the appt.
Finally we got a chance to sit down.  The sales person arrived late (but he did call to tell me he was running behind).  He then went through all the same numbers I had previously given him.  Essentially, he was working the bid right there.  Then he started to nickel and dime the project for curve cuts, upgraded pavers, etc.  When it was all said and done, he wanted approx $41k for just the back.yard (despite emailing me a bid of $47k for the whole project includeing over 1700 more sqft of pavers in the front)  Our meeting ended early because he was late and I had another appt.  Then, and this part kills me, he emailed me saying his Boss had authorized him to go down to $39,995.  I felt like I was at a car dealership where the salesperson pretends his boss is the bad guy.
All said and done, don't waste your time.  You will spend weeks chasing these guys for a bid, get a highball offer, and then the used car routine when you send the salesperson packing!

Overall, we are pleased with the results the but there were bumps along the way and a couple areas for improvement. First, the salesman came over and after evaluating the job immediately provided an estimate (after a couple calls to his boss) while we watched a warm fuzzy video of a couple touting the benefits of system pavers. When I said "no" to the first price and request to sign on the dotted line, the sales pitch was on and a negotiation began. Honestly, my wife and I felt like we dealing with a used car salesman. The sales process was unprofessional but the price was fair and I had check two other sources.
The work began on time and workers were diligent and efficient. The work was delayed in the middle since the wrong color pavers were initially delivered. Aside from that work went smoothly and the whole process took just over one week including the delay.
Aside from the naseating sales process, there were two issues I was disappointed with. First, the retaining wall was drawn up quickly by the sales person and quite frankly never double checked by anyone else. As work was underway I quickly realized that the wall would be too tall for the hillside and partially block our patio view. The wall is a 8 inches too high ( a row of cinder blocks) and frankly a bit of an eye sore but I'm glad I limited the damage to that. A little extra care or a double-check of measurements once work began could have avoided all this. But I feel this company is all about the sale and cranking out the work. Overall the quality of work is good but attention to detail is lacking. The second issue was minor but involved the removal of landscape lava rock. They removed some but as I re-lanscaped I found that they merely covered much of it dirt. I wasn't reimbursed for either item but not that I expected it. I want people to be paid for work but I expect attention to detail and felt it was a little lacking.
Would I consider using them again? Maybe. If the price is competitive I might but would honestly prefer a less corporate attitude with attention to detail.
Last mention, the grit/sand in between the pavers takes longer than the two weeks they say it will remain. Plan on 2-4 months unless you seal which is expensive. Also, don't let the grit/sand get inside as it will easily scratch hardwood floors.

Everything went very well. We really like the driveway. The stone work for the planter boxes was excellent too. We weren’t as happy with the garage work but that wasn’t their fault. I just didn’t like how it looked. They did a great job. They didn’t tell us if there was any rebarb under the concrete it would cost extra was the only problem at all.

Meeting itself was pleasant enough, we discussed some possible options for remodeling my backyard (firepit, hardscaping, etc) but I never heard back from him at all after the initial meeting despite his commitment to "get back to me in a few days with some options." I never received any follow up of any kind from the design consultant or anyone at System Pavers. Maybe he decided the job was too small?

Service was good, but we gave instructions three times. When the individual showed up, they still needed instructions. We had discussed a few items for the glazing and flaring of the sidewalk and had to have a fourth discussion on those details. Project manager was good and punctual.

It was excellent! They provided design service to make it look even better. After the job was completed, it looked like there was a leak coming from under the area. It turned out that a cap hadn't been put on correctly to one of our sprinkler system piper. They repaired the problem in a very short time and knew exactly where to look. They took care of the problem in a timely manner and I was very happy with the overall experience.

I got their name from Angie's List, and Dave Hopkins, Regional Sales Manager, came out to give us an estimate a couple days after I called. He spent a lot of time with us to help us design a reasonably priced solution to a design idea I had in mind. They got us on the schedule right away and we had a completed project within two weeks, at 20% discount because I am a member of Angie's list! The paver stone catalog colors were not "true," so Dave brought us several combinations of real stones to select. He also brought us a sample of the artificial turf, SP200. Before construction, Dave brought Jeremie Wraight, Field Supervisor, to introduce him to us and to scope the job. Jeremie supervised the job all the way, giving his experienced on-site foreman detailed instructions. There were three workers during paving and then others from Orange County, including Shane Stevens, Construction Training Manager and Geraldo Jimenez, the Senior Construction Trainer who came to instruct on the SP Turf Sod, which is a new product for them. The construction took three days and then Jeremie came back after two days to seal the pavers. Dave checked in with us several times. Everything was cleaned up perfectly, the sprinklers were re-routed. We can't say enough good things about this crew! Our patio was 255 square feet, our artificial turf was 129 sq. feet and our paver border for the flower bed was 23 feet, all completed for less than 20% more than our other estimates for doing only artificial turf alone throughout the yard. And, we had enough stones left over to make a border in the front yard. System Pavers' design and execution was a professional "work of art" throughout!

We were responded to quickly when we called and the set up date was fairly soon. They arrived when they said they would and finished in three days instead of the possible five to seven quoted. They cleaned up after themselves fairly well. The supervisor then sold us on a sealant and charged us more for that work. We weren't quite as satisfied with that as with the patio, as they weren't as thorough as he'd promised, but they made an extra effort to come a day earlier so we could have it ready for a party the next evening and we appreciated that a lot. We would recommend asking for the sealant up front and getting it in the original contract. Our overall impression is that they did an excellent job and we are very happy with our new patio.

I contacted Systems Paving to add a 3 car wide driveway and a patio to the front and side of our house. They gave us referrals to check out their work. They ripped out all the old concrete of our old walkway, drive and grass to add these. The price of demolition was included free in the total amount. There was a delivery problem with the wrong color brick, but they clarified the issue with an entire new load that matched my specifications. At no cost to me, they carefully picked out the exact colors I wanted from the load. It was a great build and they were very willing to do what satisfied my desires for the design. If we have problems they will come out to fix it.

The work was performed surprisingly quickly. I think it looks good and my neighbors agree. Unfortunately, there were problems. I came home from work one day to find that part of the job had not been done as specified. The mistake was literally set in concrete. Because of that, I decided to try to live with it for a while, to see if what was done became acceptable with the passage of time. I finally decided that, no, I really wanted it done the way I specified. There was also a smaller mistake that needs to be corrected. Most people might not notice that one, but I did and it bugs me. I explained this to the company's on-site supervisor, who is not the supervisor of the job. He basically tried to weasel out of everything. On day somebody came out and fixed a couple of small problems but since then, nothing. Their current tactic is stonewalling. I call and leave messages but my calls are not returned. Damage was done during the demolition as well.
