We've been using them exclusively for the last 2 months and couldn't be happier. In all the reviews we've received from our renters, they repeatedly comment on how clean the apartment is. It's always sparkling after they leave. Richard is very responsive and bends over backwards to meet our scheduling requests. Sometime we have last minute bookings and they always manage to squeeze us in. They seem to be very busy, which sometime means they arrive later than expected, but they always get the place turned around in time for our guests to arrive, and it always looks great.

Eme and her team are great! She and her partner cleaned everything including 3 ceiling fans, a 5' X 4' mirror, vacuumed area rugs, mopped hardwood floors, swept patio, etc., they worked non-stop for three hours and did an excellent job. They completed all my requests. They are nice and pleasant. They honored the $20.00 discount, but I gave it to her as a tip. She deserved it. They will be my first choice the next time I need a cleaning service.

Richard Reyes, the manager, is great. He really helped us get great service on our blinds.

Although they arrive later than programed, they performed the work in a professional manner asking what was expected, etc. and accomplished the results desired. The price was reasonable in relation to the quality of work. Will use them again on a quarterly basis. 

The team of three arrived on time and went about the job professionally and efficiently.  They were extremely attentive to the details of the job - even using toothbrushes to clean the crevices on the appliances, etc.  This is the second time that I've used EME and plan to continue to use them - they are not the cheapest service, but they are definitely the best I've used anywhere. Would highly recommend them!

There was a crew two and they worked for four hours. They cleaned the dining room, living room, kitchen, baseboards, the appliances in the kitchen, and one bathroom. They were very nice, thorough and did an excellent job.  They worked the entire time, everything was cleaned well, and I was happy with the service. They had the cleaning process down to a professional level without me having to tell them what to do.  I have also scheduled them to come back in August, and would recommend them as well.

They did a great job but the end price didn't match the estimate.

Two cleaners spent 5 hours cleaning our house that hadn't been professionally cleaned in a year.  Needless, to say, there was a lot of work to do.  They were able to get our grout whiter than it had ever been and the house looked better than it ever has.  They charge $60/hr for 2 cleaners, which is not cheap, but they got the job done, and I have no complaints.  We asked them back the following week for just a 2 hour clean prior to another open house.

I was putting my home on the market for sale and needed it to really shine.  I looked on Angie's List and found Eme House Cleaning Service to be one of the highest rated house cleaning services.  I called them up and left a message.  The next day a man called me back, apologized for not having returned my call sooner, and we discussed my house cleaning needs.  I basically told him I was putting my home on the market and needed every inch cleaned, from top to bottom, with particular emphasis on the kitchen and bathrooms.  He took all my information and said he'd get back to me with a date/time.  He called back within a day and we arranged the time.  Eme then came over and looked over my whole house.  I explained the areas of concern - that I wanted the kitchen and bathrooms spotless, I wanted the baseboards clean, cobwebs cleaned, and everything spotless.  Eme brought a crew of two women who got to work at 12:00 p.m. on the appointed day.  I was doubtful they could do the work I wanted starting in the afternoon, but these two women worked hard.  They started on the second story and worked their way down.  I was home all day while they cleaned, and while they chatted while they worked, they never slacked, and they didn't stop work until 7:00 p.m.  The house was transformed.  I simply could not believe my eyes.  They got things clean that I had unsuccessfully tried to scrub clean.  I was amazed when I found them outside washing the outside of the windows, which I certainly did not expect. In fact, I had arranged window cleaners for the following day, and I had to call and cancel the window cleaning. The kitchen was cleaner than I'd ever seen it - including the interiors of all the appliances - oven cleaned, microwave cleaned, refrigerator too.  The original oak kitchen cabinets were spotless, and all it took was for me to polish their work off with some Liquid Gold for them to look incredible.  The two women for 7 hours cost me $420, which I thought was a steal for what I got.  The home looks amazing.  If I were not moving, I would definitely hire Eme again, and I might have them back to do a spruce up cleaning before the sale of my home concludes.

I hired Eme's team to clean my house on a bi-weekly basis.  The team assigned to my home consists of 2 sisters. Today was their 4th visit.  They consistantly do an excellent job.  They're on time, friendly, and stay focused on the work.  They are very responsive to the level of detail that I desire.  I've often told housekeepers that I want everything cleaned every time they're here.  Eme's team has done that quite nicely.  Everything is cleaned and put back in its place.  I appreciate that.  Eme and her husband, Richard, are super nice people, as well.  I plan to maintain this relationship indefinitely.

They did a great job

I talked to him on the phone and gave him the square footage. He said it was awefully big, but I told him that I only wanted 3 rooms and some dusting done. He said he would be ok for a Tuesday, but would get back to me. He never called. I called him to confirm the Tuesday appointment and he said they weren't coming. He said he would call me back to reschedule and again, he never called.
