I have always had a great experience with them.

They are a very reliable and easy to deal with. I have been using them for some time now. The crew is very professional and helpful. I really don’t have any complaints about this company and will continue to use them.

We had an appointment for an Ant treatment at our home.  Corky's didn't show up for the appointment, and didn't call to say they couldn't make it.  We tried to call the office during their posted office hours, but no one answered the phone.  We could only reach their voicemail.  They have not returned our call.

We were very disappointed in their lack of professionalism and common courtesy.

When I called them they were very nice on the phone. They said they would give a free estimate. The estimate came back with a small photo showing the termites that I could barely see. It was a limited report and I would have had to pay $75 for the full report. The free report they gave me was useless. The price they quoted for fumagation was around $1800+

I think we go them because we heard a commercial on the radio and then when we seen on the website that they did treat those kind of bugs. They were very responsive and came out pretty quickly and they were very professional when they got here. They were very good and I have no complaints at all.

I wanted a no-secondary kill poison. It will kill the rats and mice but if another animal like a dog gets to the sick or dead animal it will not hurt the secondary animal.  It pretty much worked.  It was $250 for the first month and $50 a month after that.  They were fine, someone comes out once a month and rebaits the feeder.  He was very personable and professional.

They come and do their job. They are usually on time. We are very satisfied with them. They are pretty reliable.

They immediately went to one solution without considering another solution. Their estimate was a bit higher. I would probably not use them in the future.

 

I have used Corky's for 5 or 6 years. The professionalism is what stands out the most.

They did a very good job and when they fumigate, you do need to leave your home. I did have to leave my home with strangers for 4 days. There were 4 men who were neat and clean and when I returned everything was as I left it. They did a very good job cleaning up. I thought the price was fair and everyone was polite. When I called the office to see when they were coming and they answered on the second day that I called and they never followed up to let me know when I could return home or to see how the job turned out. Otherwise, I was happy with the experience. They need to be more customer friendly. There is an overwhelming amount of work to prepare for this since you have to double bag all of your food and anything that would be eaten including spices and there is a lot of physical work to do. You should starte preparing at least a month in advance. Eat up as much food as you can so you do not need to double bag it. Even the items in the refrigerator and freezer need to be double bagged too. The gas company does need to come to shut off the gas and then they need to come back to turn it back on for you.

I had used them for pest control in my last house for quite a long time and I had a good experience with them. They were very good. They were very professional and I did not have any complaints with them. Their price was competitive. I would definitely use their services in future and would recommend them to other members as well.

They were fine. They took awhile to get the formal estimate report to us but other than that, it was fine. We did not choose to go with them. The gentleman that came out listened to what we needed. He wasn't pushy and went about his inspection. We got an estimate at the time of the inspection and the formal estimate later. We decided not to go with Corky's because their price was about $600 more than another estimate we received. He did show up on time. There could have been all kinds of reasons why it took him so long to get us the formal estimate report.

Called them nearly 2 weeks ago, and they still haven't returned my call.

It went well despite a wind storm which the crew came back and handled to our satisfaction.

They are very professional and knowledgeable. Their prices are extremely reasonable and they do a good job. They send out a good person to do the work.

I wound up going with another company.

The inspector answered questions with detailed answers covering types of termites and treatments. He showed evidence of infestations in the attic. He said chemical injection is necessary to kill termites inside the wood and with multiple infestations some would be missed. Tenting in this case is the only sure way to completely kill all the termites. The crew arrived late at 4:00 pm and had to work in the dark until 6:00 pm to finish the job. There was more collateral damage than I expected which I chose to repair myself. Although I removed planks from the fence as requested, they knocked out the horizontal supports. This gave direct access from the street to the neighbor's pool, so I urgently rebuilt the fence myself to avoid liability issues. On the good side they only did minor damage to one tile, which they repaired as part of the contract.

We have been using their services for several years. It costs $60 per visit. We are basically satisfied with them.

I don't order anything in particular. They just take care and I don't ever have any bugs. I pay them every 2 months to keep my place from getting bugs. They are prompt and thorough. I don't think the price is unreasonable, but I couldn't compare it with anybody I don't know. I did have a problem one time and they took care of it right away.

It was quite a long time since we used a pest control company and I wanted to use them before I could have a baby. They were highly rated on Angies List and that?s why I went with them. They did a very good job. They told us what to expect after they go away and informed me not to be surprised if more pests come as they would be rooted out. They also used non-toxic chemicals. They were thorough, professional, careful and clean. I was satisfied with their service.

I wasn't happy, however, that we weren't called immediately when the house was okayed for us to enter. B for that.

We had three pest control companies come out to give us estimates and Corky's seemed to be the most thorough and comprehensive with the inspection than any of the other companies. When they finished they explained everything and they seemed to have a more aggressive treatment plan than just spot treatments. He did not seem like he was just trying to make a quick sale. He took the time to sit down with us and took his time to make sure that we understood and to answer any questions that we had. He even offered us a multi-home discount.

We had a hard time connecting for an appointment (3 attempts). Once we had one, they gave a two hour window to be available. 45 minutes after they were supposed to be here, we called them to find out what happened and were told that the technician was running late and would be at my home in another "hour or so". I told them not to bother, as they were extremely unreliable so far and will find somebody else.

Prompt, very professional and very thorough. This is the fourth time we used this company and will definitely use them again.

We both had scheduling difficulties, I cancelled once because we didn't buy the house, and they cancelled a couple of times because they had scheduling problems. When we finally got ourselves together, the inspection and report were done in a timely manner. When we are ready to do the termite work, we will probably use this company.
