Description of Work: What a pleasant surprise, not only did Robert listen to my sad story of my upright freezer in its full alarm mode, he was at my door within an hour of my call. He quickly diagnosed that the freezer was not worth repairing. He also told me its likely lifespan (not long). He then agreed to look at my refrigerator's nonworking ice maker. In very short order he located a broken water tube which he replaced and now there are ice cubes being made once again. All that service and a bill of only $150.00
