5 Star General Cleaning

Fantastic service! I've used just about every maid agency out there, and have never been truly happy. I got so tired of the switching out of the teams, and nobody ever getting to know my home and my preferences, that when 5 Star Cleaning left a business card at my doorstep that was my first question to them. I was assured I'd have the same cleaners every time. And I do! I've been using this service for just over a year now, and they STILL clean it like I would. It's truly amazing. They also change bedsheets (usually on 2 beds, sometimes 3) at no extra charge, and they make the bed the right way! If they do something different from how I'd like, we talk about it and they are always extremely willing to change to the way I like best. They are polite, punctual, and very accommodating. I can't say enough great things about this company. Sometimes, they even ask me if they can clean extra things, without taking extra money for it! I guess on days my house isn't a total disaster, they are finishing early and so they do something extra. Or maybe they are just looking for opportunities to please a regular customer, that just seems to be how they are. Of course, I'm already very pleased. One day, a few days after they'd left, I opened my oven and it was cleaner than the day we moved in 8 years ago! I'd had no idea they'd even cleaned it (that's not part of my regular clean). What a nice surprise. They customize a clean to each client, and I'm extremely happy with my regular service. And then, when we have something unusual happening, a guest, or someone sick, they change things to suit my needs without a second thought. They have a business license number printed on their business card, so I felt comfortable that they're legit. On the back it also shows that they do pet services and office cleaning. I haven't used those services, I have neither pets nor an office, but if I did, I wouldn't hesitate to hire them just based on the care they put into cleaning my home. By all means, if you live in the San Diego area, and you want someone reliable to clean your home, call them!
