Merry Maids of San Luis Obispo

Once the left the bath jets on and then denied it. Another time they came at their scheduled time and then left without doing the job. I wasn't home and was having a party that evening. I don't know why they didn't clean.

Occasionally something is missed but, overall they do an excellent job and will come back and do anything that was left undone. They have the most integrity of any service I have used. The staff is well trained and very hard working. I have used their services for over 5 years. They come weekly. They are worth the price.

They're fabulous. I would recommend them highly. With them, you get what you pay for. They come on the day they say they would come and they call on the day before to let me know what time they're going to be here.

They come when they say they will come and do a good job. I feel they are expensive for what they do but don't have anything problems with them.

I have been using them for two years. I am very happy with their services. I will continue to use them.

We had used this company for a few years and initially it tended to go well. Lately various different maids showed up and seemed clueless to incompetent. Regarding some of the lesser concerns, the company stated that and quot;notesand quot; were kept on each household regarding restrictions or special attention items. Apparently, if this is true, no one over the last few visits had ever read any of the alleged notes. The most egregious error is not fixable. One of the and quot;maidsand quot; decided to take a steel wool or a Brillo pad to a spot on the stainless steel finish on part of the range. This basically took the finish off and left a big scratch mark that will be there forever. The person that last answered the phone was someone who I had never spoken to before and seemed completely unconcerned. He even had the gall to end the conversation with and quot;If you ever need cleaning again, please call us.and quot; Right. Did he not hear the and quot;incompetentand quot; part of this conversation? What makes him think we would want a repeat performance???

There were some good maids in the past who always asked about things that they needed to know about, but those days are gone.

It's a really good service. This is the second time I have used them so I am very happy with them. I had them out previously in the spring. I was very happy with their services both times. Everything is spick and span. It is wonderful and I don't have to do it. The first time I spent I think $250.00 or $210.00, but I cannot remember. I have a friend that has also used their services because I told her about them. She was very happy about their work too. Because I had the carpet cleaned yesterday, I told them not to clean my carpet. Instead they cleaned the inside of my refrigerator which was very helpful to me. It seems to be a good company. I think the price was reasonable because they lowered the price the second time. I think the price they charged was reasonable for what they did. The quality of service was very good. They were very good on responsiveness. They called twice. They called even yesterday to remind me about them coming today. They had called a week ago so I wouldn't forget which is nice. I plan on using them again in the future. I am a retired elderly lady. I am a little sight-impaired and my friends told me when the cabinet doors began to look a little greasy. That's the type of work I don't do so I thought it was time to get help.
