repair a pipe leak. My water was turned off in my house the previous
evening. I was told someone was available and would be there around
noon.
Right around noon I received a call saying that it was
likely that no one was likely coming.
While I sincerely appreciate the
noon call, at 8 am I had a lot of options, fours later I had a lot less.
I feel that if they said someone would come they should make it happen,
a boss or someone working overtime. It is unprofessional to say you
will be there and then not show up. They made no mention at 8 am that
there was a possibility they may not honor the appointment.
"After reviewing the comment an intensive search for the name and/or address within the comment was conducted. The name or address, which were searched as one entity and seperate entities, was not found in the computer system, which dates back to 1991 and includes all client calls received (completed or cancelled). We have exhausted our resources in locating any work associated with the address or person listed above; findings for the Prefumo Canyon subdivision relate to a property management company which is a current client. Calls scheduled have a guaranteed time if scheduled as a first call of the day otherwise a courtesy phone call is made approximately 30 minutes prior to technician arrival."
