Browder Painting Company

Let me start by saying that painting our house is not an easy job.  The house, built in 1989, is all wood exterior with a lot of decking and railing. The house was overdue for paint so a lot of prep work was required.   At the back of the house the distance from the ground to the bottom of the deck is apx. 32 feet.  Believe me that is a long way up when you are hanging off a ladder applying paint to the bottom of the deck structure.  The other two bidders on the job were a little leary to say the least, but browder did not bat an eye about doing the job.  They also came in with the lowest bid.  Win, win!  The crew, Jared, Pedro and Juan, did an exellent job.  They showed up when they said they would, worked hard, and did not complain.  They were easy to get along with and very professional.  They listened to our suggestions and did everything they could to make us happy.   Armando, the project manager who gave us the initial estimate, was very pleasant and easy to work with, showed up when he was supposed to and made sure the job stayed on schedule.  Everyone at Browder, from the office staff, to the crew doing the work did a great job.  We have had our house painted several times over the years, Browder Painting was by far the best we have ever had!  We highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

Overall, I am very happy with the results. I do not hesitate to recommend Browder Painting.

Armando came out on Saturday to give us the free estimate at the time he said he would be here. He was able to give us an estimate within about 20 minutes after reviewing the structures. He clearly explained the process and that 1 person would be assigned the task to complete from start to finish. We were so impressed by the initial overall experience that I called the office on Tuesday to contract with them to do the service. Pam, their scheduler, was also very nice and was able to get us booked to start that same week. Jared was the painter assigned to our project and he did a wonderful job. He showed up every day and worked full days until the service was completed. The only delay was a day lost to rain. Jared was careful with the furniture in the gazebo and even moved the furniture back in the gazebo the day prior to the rain. This created extra work for him, but it demonstrated to us that he had consideration and care to property. We will be having the exterior of our house done likely next year and I will be contracting with this company to do that service as well. We were very impressed with their professionalism, timeliness and reasonable cost of their service.

Great work all around. When stucco problems were found during the exterior painting, Browder was great about putting the project on hold so we could repair. Couldn't ask for nicer people.

Perfection in everything. Dirk was estimator and contact. When work was started it was work every day until completion. Good clean up every day. They really do try for the best possible outcome.

All Browder employees were courtesy, responsive, and knowledgeable. We want to make special mention of Larry who painted our house as if it were his own. He made excellent suggestions, especially about the best paint to use on new cabinetry so it would not only have a beautiful sheen, would be easy to clean in the future. His demeanor was very professional and he supervised his assistant well. These men never stopped working and were actually easy to have in the house.Clean-up was perfect.

We are happy with the results.

I've used a lot of painters in the past and ever since I found them three years ago, I haven't used anyone but them. They were wonderful.

They were absolutely superior and completed the job within four days even though it was a big job.  They were totally professional and had a full team out performing the job.  They cleaned up after themselves.  I would recommend them to others and would use them again in the future.

Bad....Bad....Bad!

They worked me into their schedule to complete the work before the house was listed. They even came on Saturday! Matched the paint trim, repaired and sanded. They were on time and very polite. They cleaned up when they were done. I would definitely use them again.

They are fabulous; I love Browder Painting. This is the second time we have used them and I would go back to them in a heartbeat. The people are fabulous; they are considerate, kind, and knowledgeable. They also are professional and friendly; I can't come up with enough adjectives for them. The work is superior; they keep their appointments and are clean and self-contained. This is the best company I have ever worked with. Their pricing is probably a little bit high but it is worth every penny. I will use them again in the future. 

I decided to use them because of their professionalism and their ability to do it. They did the job in six days and I liked their timeliness. I also liked their agreement far in advance as to when they would start.  They were two painters on the job and they were very professional and amiable. They were very respectful of our neighbors and were very quite. They started right on time every morning and worked right up to the time they said they would be leaving every day. They always explained as they went along what was going to happen and they did a recap at the end of the day. 

We have a stucco house with a lot of wood trim and big plant shelves in front of the windows and they did all of the trim.  They cleaned the eaves and took the down spouting sanded it, painted it and put it back. We had them do a couple of cosmetic things where they painted the side garage doors. The job they did was fantastic. We paid $4200 and that included several coats of paint. They had to put five coats of paint on the door as we chose the color red and its very hard to paint it. There was one place where one of the boards on one of the window ledges was dry rotted which they had to go out and replace it with new wood. They had some carpentry involved too. From the word go we were very impressed. We had no knowledge about them other than a flier that was put in front of our house. We were thinking that we had to get this painting done this summer and we thought we would call them and get an estimate from them and a couple of more people. We called them and I was just immediately struck with how professional they were. The man who came out to give us the initial estimate was just terrific. We live in a county with many towns and this company is mainly centered in the southern part of the county and they are hoping to do more business in the north part where we live and that's why they were advertising in our area.   The gentleman who came over is in charge of the estimates and so forth of the north county where we live and supervising those jobs.   He came over and sat down with us and talked to us about the company, their philosophy, how they work and the standards they expect from their painters.  They seemed to really take the time and explain everything to us. He was here for about two hours just talking to us about the quality of paint.  He asked us if we wanted the stucco painted and we said we were not sure. He gave us an estimate with the total house painted and one with just the trim.  He said my stucco doesn't need it yet. He could have tried to push that and he didn't at all. My husband asked him if he could paint the doors red and he said sure. They were just real careful. The guys who did the painting were really quiet. We sleep-in late most mornings and they would get here by 7:30 and we didn't hear them. We never even knew they were here some mornings. They had a rule where they couldn't play loud music, radio and they were not even allowed to smoke.  They were allowed to wear headphones and listen to music that way. They were very quiet and everything was totally cleaned up.  We didn't have to do anything. We just went outside and told them what we thought about the work.  The supervisor came and checked everyday of what they were doing.  They did a walk through with us when they were all finished. We thought we would not be here when they were finishing and the lead guy told us that he would come back the next day which was a weekend.  They really followed through and took pride in what they did.  We had a lot of people tell us the house looked nice and it made a big difference to us.  The house does look great now. There is not one negative thing that I can say about them.  They didn't raise the estimate other than they had to charge us a little bit more when they had to replace the board. They stuck to their estimate and they got the job done within the time they said they would. They started on the day they said they were going to start. There was nothing negative. I would definitely consider having them back again. In fact we are thinking of having some inside work. I don't have anything to compare their price with. The job was more than I thought it was going to be.  They use real high quality paint and they were just so thorough. They took down the down spouting and sanded it of all things. Everything got several coats of paints and it was just really well covered.  We had a really bad job done several years ago and it was worth it to pay more.  It was expensive. I would recommend them to anybody.  

Exterior painting very well done!  House looks brand new!  Painters were very courteous and went over and above to be accomodating to homeowner.

Couldn't have been better, from original estimate to job completion. Everyone was very friendly, professional and talented. They were careful to cover our swimming pool to keep the paint chips out and cleaned up the area every day. The finished project is beautiful.
