Very reliable and helpful, answering a bunch of questions about my window project. Did an excellent job, and met a demanding schedule. This was a good-sized project, replacing the double-pane glass on 9 large windows.

Fast, Efficient and Knowledgeable.

Brad called me right away and came the next to give me a quote. He installed the window while I was working. In doubt, during the service, he installed only the necessary glass and waited for my consent to continue the work. The quote was reasonable and the job well done.

Brad did a fantastic job. He was on time, delivered and went beyond what I asked for.

Prompt and corteous

Brad is very personable and seems to know window technology. Quite happy with the way the windows turned out.

Brad was very timely and communicated very well, calling me when he would be at the house to schedule measurement, telling me when the glass should be ready, checking in day of installation as to convenient time to come by, and calling when to expect him for installation. He did a great job removing the old, broken glass and replacing the new pane. He did an excellent job of cleaning up when the job was done. While I thought it was a bit expensive, he was the only one of 6 contractors to respond that he would do the job and did it in a very timely manner. I have no complaints.

This was a small job. Brad was great. Prompt. Very happy with the end product.

Brad returned my first voicemail call. Came by the house the next day, took measurements and gave me a written quotation with 2-3 options. I selected option one, and awarded business to Brad. He called the following Friday, advised that all necessary glass had been received and we scheduled installlation .for the following Monday. He arrived on time and completed the work including clean up in a timely manner. We were very satisfied with Brad's responsiveness, quotation and completion of the contracted work he performed. We would definately use Brad again in the event of additional broken glass replacement.

Very professional

The only problem we really had - was communication. Thought our appointment was on Thursday; but in fact it was to be a Friday ~ showed up, on a Thursday, when we were not home. The Contractor, did come back the next day. Thank you. thank you.

Brad had called me to schedule an appointment after I had found him on Service Magic. He promptly met me at my home to measure the 4 bathrooms I had to get shower doors installed for. Within 1 business day he provided me with a competitive quote and got to work on my house. My custom shower doors look beautiful and Brad's service and quality of work was extremely professional. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone that needs glasswork done.

So far it has been good, but they are not not installed yet.

Brad came to our home and took measurements then installed the shower door a few days later. The entire process was quick and the cost was reasonable.

Great. On time. Efficient.

Glass doctor responded quickly, he came out and took measurements on Monday, Feb. 18th... He was courteous and on time and he gave me an estimate for the installed window replacement. He said the replacement window would be available in a few days and that he'd call me. It's now been five days and he hasn't called... I'll contact him if I haven't heard by Monday, Feb. 25th. Brad returned on Feb. 27th to replace the window glass (one unit with grids between glass) but he'd ordered the wrong unit (untinted glass instead of tinted). He returned March 7th and put in the correct unit. Also improved the sliding function of the window.
