Following the arrival of my things on 7/4, I requested a copy of the original contract, which I was never given, as well as proof of the weight of the things which determined the final price. I received neither despite several requests.
Description of Work: I reserved a move months in advance of the 5/27 move date to lock in a rate, which the company then tried to increase shortly before the move. Then the company tried to move the actual pick-up date and arrived hours late. My biggest complaint is that the driver arrived by himself, admitting that they were supposed to have 3 helpers to bring my furniture down from the 3rd floor to put on the truck. That forced me and my neighbors to bring all of our things to the truck though we were paying for a full-service move. Donnie said he would give me a refund for this, but never acted on it despite numerous requests. After that, I was told by both Donnie & Alex, a sales rep, that I could choose the day to have the things arrive. When I arrived at my new home and contacted them, I was told my things wouldn't arrive for several days.
