I purchased the deal in the begin of November but ended up asking for a refund because they are booked up months in advance. I wanted the service preformed earlier then then companies schedule permitted. The time it took in-between communication was 2-3 days and a month later still couldn't get it scheduled.

This is a reputable company and they did a good job.

Billy was great. On time, called ahead, super polite and cleaned up and conscientious. Did everything quickly and efficiently plus even above and beyond. Gave us peace of mind, so nice in time for the holidays! GREAT JOB! Will use again.

They emailed me back about not being able to do the job for several weeks. They were quick to respond.

It went great. They went through everything that was checked over and explained what they had done. They were on time and finished when they said they would be finished.

He was on time. Because it was raining here he put on shoe covers and tarps on the floor before he came in the house. He did a great job and mad sure we understood eerything he had seen. The was not a spot of dust or water when he left.

Sal called to confirm the time and showed up exactly when he said he would. He was friendly and very meticulous. It was great to have someone who actually cares about his work. I would use him again for sure.

The office went above and beyond the call of duty to help us get the roof jack for our furnace replaced. I had emailed them a photo of the broken roof jack, they told me I would need a roofer to do that. They referred me to a roofer who replaced it promptly. The office staff is great - A plus.

My second time using Sal at VHA. He is amazing!!! Right on time, explained everything, answered all my questions, was careful with my property and carefully cleaned up after himself. He is the best!

I called them and they ordered the part. Once they knew when the part was coming in they called and we scheduled the installation appt. The tech called before coming over. He was efficient and professional and even showed me the areas on the old logic board that were damaged. This is the second time I have used this company and I see no reason to use someone else should I need service again.

We had a wall outlet that needed repair. It was repaired quickly and efficiently. We were chit-chatting with the repair man and he said we shouldn't use a particular space heater with our older house wiring. We appreciated his candidness. He also checked all lighting fixtures, inside and outside. Some he quickly repaired. However, we had one fixture that was on the second floor above our garage, illuminating the driveway. It hadn't worked for years. It took the repair man some time to figure out what was going on but he kept at it. Turns out when we had some plumbing done in the garage the plumber had cut some electrical lines. We were most definitely impressed he tracked it down and figured it out. We will definitely hire Valley Heating, Cooling, and Electrical again due to their professionalism, expertise, and reasonable cost.

Too busy to schedule heating furnace service within the next month.

The provider came on time appointed, and he's polite and punctual and quick to perform the entire work.

He showed up a bit earlier than appointment time and explained details of scope of his work. I am satisfied with his work.

The guy came over and performed the required services as advertised. No issues about that, but the part which I found odd was that there was no way to know whether the cleaning worked as expected. I was expecting a camera inspection of the ducts to make sure its all clean. Since there was no such facility, I could only assume that cleaning was done without a proper proof. The company expected me to take their word for it and had no way to prove the effectiveness of their job. for around 200 USD, I expected more.

They did a pretty thorough cleaning of the furnace and duct system. However I was hoping that they will leave with a working furnace after tune-up. The technician couldn't figure out why there is no electricity to the furnace and wanted me to get an electrician. So no tune-up and working furnace yet.

Sal was punctual, courteous, knew what he was doing, very efficient professional. He has done workfor me before and would hire him again.
