Came out same day we spoke.  Arrived within the scheduled window.  Asked if we wanted shoes off.  Neat, fast, awesome communication.  Talked me through procedure and gave me all the options.  Quality of workmanship is excellent.  Was tidy working and cleaned up afterwards.  Very knowledgeable.  John knows his business.  Will definitely hire again.

Great. Exceeded expectations.  I called in the morning (after finding the business on Angie's List) and the guy answered the phone on the first call. By 2:00 that afternoon the job was done. No waiting for a dispatcher and sitting at home for half a day.  the guy said he'd be there at 1:00 and he was there, right on time. Courteous and friendly. No wonder John the TV guy was at the top of Angie's List.

John and his crew did a great job on mounting my TV and hooking it up to an existing antenna. Everything was cleaned up nicely and he ensured that connections were all working correctly.  He also kindly removed my unused (and unsightly) satellite dish as well as sorted out & clean up the various cables hanging around my roof.  He had a lot of good advice and I appreciate that he was able to fit me in his schedule within a few days of calling him.

I would absolutely use TV-Installer.com again, and have no hesitation in making a recommendation! John Maino and his assistant showed up on time, were courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. They have a package deal that includes bracket and services; however, they gave me a price break since I had already purchased my bracket. My goal was to have a clean look and John suggested ways that I could relocate my components. His knowledge instilled confidence in me, so I asked him to relocate all electronics, and install an IR receiver. John has all that one would need in his truck, so the IR receiver, cables, connectors, couplers, extension cables, etc., were with him. They mounted my TV on the wall and relocated my TiVo, Blu-Ray, Bose 3-2-1 system, and UPS to the closet. They installed wiring passthrough plates in the wall that goes between the TV and the closet. They also drilled small holes in the bookcase that sits below the TV so that the small Bose speakers could sit inside it instead of on top. Before they left, they told me exactly how to move the mount so that the TV could swing over for optimum viewing from the chair. They also ensured that all my components worked with the IR receiver and told me that the work was guaranteed for one year from date of service. Both guys were here for 2 1/2 hours, labor costs were $360 and parts were $195. I would like to have John come back to do some additional custom wiring for the other TV, and for my computers. I've done some of this type of work in the past and the quality of his work is fantastic! Perhaps the highest compliment that I can give is that I trust him.

Amazing company!  Extremely fast, professional and knowledgeable.  A bit pricy, but well worth every penny.  They did a fantastic job.  

They are excellent to work with. The gave me an excellent price and their work is totally First Class. They came out and straightened out the cable and installed some service points. They are very clean and neat and the used packing blackets on the hardwood floors at the work areas. I definately would reccomend them to anyone and I look forward to working with them again.

I have used them twice because they did well the first time. They came out on time. They were very knowledgeable, and their price was great. They honor their estimates. They are excellent, and my experience with them was great. I would definitely recommend them.

They gave me an estimate and did the job that I requested. They were on time and neat. The price was the same as they said it would be. There was no damage to anything in the house. They covered the furniture in the areas where they were working. So there was no debris. They cleaned up afterwards. They finished the work within the amount of time they estimated it would take. They did exactly what they said. They did a good job and so I was very pleased. I would use their services in the future too.

I found John (TV Installer) on angieslist. Sent him an email and he called me that evening and we scheduled the job. He and his aid showed up on time, did the job in about an hour and did a great job. They cleaned up, reinstalled all of my components and tested them to make sure all worked.

It went great. He arrived on time. With a single helper it took the pair of them about 5.5 hours to do the whole job. Very neat. Professional and competent work. Had all the necessary materials and tools on hand.

Hired John a few months ago to clean up our cabling and re wire our old TV to our receiver, DVD, DVD RW, Wii and HD Direct TV. He did a great job so we called him when we wanted to install our new flat screen. Installation of the TV had to happen in a specific position, based on specs of our built in cabinets. Installation included mounting the new TV, running the wires through the wall (we had a lot), upgrading our wiring, we also upgraded to an arm bracket. John made the costs and expectations clear. He and his team are very professional, great clean up when they were done. I would recommend him and his team to anyone.

I first checked Angie's List for contractors in my area who had experience with Cat-5 wiring. I ended up writing 3 of them - out of these contacts, only John Maino (owner of Infinite Networks) responded at all, and he did so within a few hours. John informed me that his associate Jeremy Morganskeep would troubleshoot & fix my connection, and sure enough Jeremy called me shortly after to schedule the repair. It took us a few times playing phone tag to connect on the phone, and I was impressed with Jeremy's professionalism and his being proactive in contacting me if his initial call didn't go through. Jeremy arrived at my place on time, and even called me ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived, he immediately went to work, and within 20 minutes he had solved the problem. He was very professional and good-natured, as well as methodical in his work. Overall, I was very impressed with this contractor and would definitely hire them again in the future.

He was very professional. He came exactly when he said he was to. It was just hassle free and a pleasant experience.

Called number from Craigslist search. I described the job over the phone and John said he could probably do the job the next day but would confirm it that next morning. He was pretty sure he could fit it in. He said for a small job that was an undetermined amount of time that it would be time and materials. Next morning he called and confirmed for between 2pm and 2:30. He called me at 2pm and said he would be there in travel time from SJ. Met him. He got his tools out and went to work (the job was kind of self explanatory). One of his guys showed up a couple of hours later. They both knocked out the job in good time. Very responsive. I would recommend him based on my experience.

I called and described what I needed and got a quote the same day. John came to our home on time and had our 50" TV mounted and working in less than 1/2 an hour. He had extra parts we needed on his truck, which saved us time and the cost of a repeat visit. After the TV was installed he spent time advising us on speaker configurations for an in-wall surround sound system we are considering and followed up via email with more details about specific speakers that would fit our needs. I am happy to recommend Infinite Networks and look forward to using them again for future upgrades to our home theater.
