 + -1 moreTHE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE OF THE PRODUCT LINE. I WAS ABLE TO DESCRIBE WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR AND HE NARROWED DOWN THE CHOICES TO JUST A FEW FOR ME. WHEN I HAD A FEW ADJUSTMENTS NEEDED TWO MONTHS AFTER THE DOORS WERE INSTALLED THERE WAS NO PROBLEM WITH THE TECHNICIAN COMING OUT FOR THE QUICK ADJUSTMENTS.

They did not try to over sell their product. The employees are very professional. Their price seemed to be competitive to the other companies that sell the same product.
