SunPower

I've selected SunPower for my Solar PV upgrades. barely 15mths, 1 of the inverter stop communicating. As I dont' monitor them daily, i only found out 2 mths later. Filed the tech support and it got constantly delayed until they file for bankruptcy. There on No more support. I'm left on my own to sort out the problem. Lucky Enphase honor their warranty and provided a HW replacement only. I've to now find my own contractor and pay our of pocket to get it replaced. 5 mths later now this has not been fixed as all the contractors are apparently busy. I selected SunPower based on friend's recommendation and their customer reviews. Now i'm left in a pickle. The promised service warranty is all out of the window. Never trust them!

The process was quick and professional, they kept me in the loop on the project. I would recommend Sunpower

Great customer service

Very nice installation team and process was very good

Although it took 6 months from contracting to installation, I was kept abreast of what was happening for the most part. The only recommendation I would have is to share with future customers all the other vendors that would be involved and to share their roles in the project.

Outstanding customer service

I believe they're good, but if you own a manufactured home don't waste your time. They are not allowed to do anything with it because of the electrical setup in the home.

Make sure you read the contract / I have a solar water heater installed a few years ago/ wants to charge me to replace my original unit / when there is nothing wrong with mine.

Like every other business, customer service is all about who picks up the phone. Today I got a great agent that was intent on getting the questions answered. She represented the company well.

Customer service on the phone is excellent, but not on the field. I have called about my system not getting power SDGE for the last 8 months. The issue has yet to be resolve and promised action has not been taken. Monitoring on their site still shows data receive slowly which usually resolves itself in 24 hrs.

Was very satisfied with my solar system and installation. From the initial consultation to the final activation, everything went smoothly and as efficiently as possible. Would recommend to anyone wanting a top of the line solar system with truly professional installation and support.

Everything was good up until the installation day. The team that installed my solar panels were unprofessional and messy. They cracked my ceiling, ruined my landscaping, and left garbage behind. I was very happy up to this point. They sent someone out to fix the ceiling, but communication was very sparse. I constantly had to reach out to people to get answers.
