I worked with Ilan Sigura about 16 years ago for remodeling the house my wife and I purchased and for remodeling a rental property we own in the bay area. We were very happy with the service and the quality of work. Since then, we left the bay area moved to Southern California. But a few months ago the tenant in our rental property left after 12 years and we decided to do extensive work to bring the property to a better condition. Naturally, I reached out to Ilan and asked him to handle the project. I entrusted him to do the work and make some decisions on our behalf since we are not local. Sigura Construction did an excellent job. They met the cost constrained we gave them, and met the timeline committed to us. The quality of the work is exceptional, the attention to details is great, the suggestions they made were very helpful. Overall, we are extremely pleased with results. The house is now rented and the tenant is very satisfied with the condition of the house. I definitely will continue to use them in any future projects!

It went well. There were some surprises. Damaged shingles and structural damage were discovered once we were underway. This lengthened the duration and cost of the project. Fortunately Sigura has carpentry capabilities in addition to their painting skills and were able to make the needed repairs before resuming the painting. The rest went without a hitch.

Joel did a great job. Really easy to work with, price was fair and they did a professional paint job in very little time. I also appreciate that they went above and beyond by advising on paint colors and working with some last minute changes we had. I'd hire them again in a flash.

Sigura made everything go so smoothly, even though it rained off and on. They made the timing work and got the entire project completed within just a few days. Their paint work was excellent, with clean lines, perfect color matching, and great detailing. They fixed my chimney top: My brick chimney was painted over with a cream color and looked so tacky, and now it actually looks like the bricks are in its original condition! There are no paint drips or sprays where there shouldn’t be. The garage looks brand new, but it’s really not. The entire crew and office team were polite, friendly and professional, making the whole experience amazing.

We can't say enough about Sigura Pro Painting. The process was easy and you can tell these guys care about their work. We had some dry rot wood replaced and we wanted to make sure the new wood and siding was properly prepared and painted. Our deck was in bad shape and after they pressure washed it looked way better and that was before they stained it. The crew was very friendly and answered our questions. I can easily say that they are worth the money because they were on time, we didn't see any shortcuts and they were focused on getting it done right.

When it comes to our living space we are very particular about how we want things to look. Ilan and his Sigura Pro Painting team handled every challenge we threw at them. We had a good amount of crown molding, trim, new baseboard and a few doors that we wanted to be finished with a super smooth finish. The masking and preparation were done very well and it gave us peace of mind. Our cabinetry needed a more modern look so we elected to paint them versus replacing them. Sigura Pro Painting obviously had the experience needed as they quickly removed all the doors, drawers, hardware and they handled them with care. They were very responsive when it came to any questions we had and the manager helped us select the best color combinations based on our house decor and furniture. Communication was clear and upfront and scheduling was always confirmed. Overall we are very happy that we went with Sigura Pro Painting and we have already recommended them to some of our friends. Based on what we saw on the internet and their knowledgable explanation of the process, we knew that this company was very detailed oriented and had the experience to provide high-quality work on our interior painting project.

My kids wanted their bedrooms painted in pink and light blue. Ilan Sigura helped them choose the colors they liked and his team did a wonderful job. They were on time, made sure everything is covered up and there was very minimal mess. They were on time and finished in few hours like they promised. I hired Sigura Propainting to paint my kids bedrooms. My daughter wanted a purple color only on the half top of the wall and my son wanted light blue. Ilan Sigura helped us pick the right colors with the best quality. The preparation work was outstanding and when they finish everything was very clean. They finish everything in few hours as promised. My kids are very happy with the results and I am happy with the great service and attention to details.

They did a very good job of it, above and beyond what I would have expected out of the coupon used. Ilan, the CEO came twice to our place with plenty of good ideas and the designed executed. Of course, this is just the first step and they hope that having done a good job on the design (on paper), we will hired the company for the actual remodel work. And their work so far has given us good confidence that they will also do a good job on the execution phase if we use them.
