Everything was done professionally and to contract specifications. They are an outstanding company.

Options were well thought out and clearly explained. Crews were always on time, courtious, and neat. Their cleanup was remarkable. Our heat and A/C coverage is wonderfully even throughout the house. And it is QUIET.

Sandium seemed a bit more 'professional' than the other companies you recommended, and since their price was in the middle, I went with them. They started and finished on time, cleaned up well, were pleasant, passed inspection easily. They didn't want to accept credit card payment because of % taked by c.c.company and I didn't insist - though I would have preferred it.

They gave me quotes for two different options because I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted to go with for A/C. I'm not one that just takes the cheapest quote because you often get what you pay for or "unforeseen problems" arise that make it more expensive in the end. But these guys ended up being the most affordable and the best. They were very professional, looked at my existing setup and actually understood it. And they completed the job in less than a day. Would definitely recommend!

We appreciated Mike Lee's coming out to our home on a weekend. We also had a bid from ABC whose name we got from neighbors. Either company was professional, and I would recommend them both.

I completed the project (installed a 95 AFUE furnace). I hired Sandium to do the work, after talking to quite a few contactors. I found them very knowledgeable and their price was competitive. The individuals doing the work were highly skilled and professional. I will pick them again if I have do any kind of Heating and Cooling job.

Very disappointed in these guys . . . they made some adjustments and things but the heating problem was not rectified, which I realized this winter when the problem was still there. I called another guy and he came out the same day and fixed the issue in less than 2 hours.

Sandium installed a new high efficiency furnace, new duct work, and an AC system for us. Throughout the entire experience, they answered all our questions to our satisfaction. From the initial visit to the final walk through, we were treated in a friendly, professional manner. The new furnace is extremely quiet and is a big improvement on our old inefficient heating system. The installation crew did a top notch job and the workmanship was excellent. I have already recommended Sandium to a co-working who wants to replace their furnace.
