I had my ducts replaced and hired Sandium. I did several remodeling projects in the last few years but Sandium stood out in every aspect. Sandium's team are true professionals. Knowledgeable, trustworthy, skilled, friendly! They were punctual, communication was very good. After finishing the duct installation they performed a leakage test and presented the results (no other contractor even offered this service!). I am very happy with Sandium and strongly recommend them.

After the first visit, Sandium made quotations for low budget, and medium budget projects. I selected the low budget project after discussing the differences between the two. Sandium then sent a technician who installed the Gas furnace professionally. We are very happy with the product they recommended, and installation work. I will be glad to recommend Sandium to any family.

While their bid - when compared "apples to apples" with others was comparable, they found a less pricy solution that satisfies our needs and thus saved us over one thousand dollars. They schedule the job within 2.5 weeks of us agreeing to their bid and came and installed the system per quote, efficiently and professionally.

Had an initial estimate from Nik which was to the point and covered all the options. Did not oversell the options which I appreciated. Price was good value for the money compared to big-name competitors who offered same products at $2-3000 more. Work started on time; and kept up-to-date on progress. Got back in the evening and very impressed by my new A/C and furnace.

They were well mannered, thorough, and informative. They explained the problems and solved them efficiently. Sandium's technician also gave us a wonderful referral to a pest control contractor which we have begun to utilize and appreciate as well.

The project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early and were willing to reschedule the final walkthrough multiple times to accommodate our schedule. Final project turned out great!"

They did a great job. They showed up a little early and started the prep work and finished early. They put the cloth to protect my hardwood floor and clean up after the job was done. Michael even came to pickup the check because I tie up and can't got out to mail the payment. I definitely will use them again in the future.

We wanted to add air conditioning to our home, which created a need for replacing the furnace as well. We solicited bids, and in the end, went with Sandium. The are professional and friendly. Sandium asked us for our business, and made it worth our while. They say what they will do, and do what they say.
